I have been without AC since saturday ...ive called everyday since and am being given the "first come first serve" excuse ..when the heat is so bad it can be deadly and u dont have enough maintenance people to go around then maybe pay an outside company or hire more maintenance but u DONT make people go without AC...!!!.. not when thats one of the amenities offered in the rental contract ...!!! ...is it going to take for someone to die from heat exhaustion for them to take this serious ...!!!!?? after this i WONT be renewing my lease ..!!!!

I have been living here for about 10 months. I moved in September so this is my first summer season and my AC unit is not working properly. There is obviously a serious problem but they refuse to fix it properly or maybe even replace it. This costs me because when the AC isn’t running efficiently my BGE bill goes through the roof. It literally takes 3-5 hours for the temperature to go down even 5 degrees in the small one bedroom apartment I live in. It’s unacceptable but they don’t care. I’ve had the maintenance workers in my apartment at least 5 times and still not working properly

I absolutely loved living here, until I didn’t. Henderson Webb has a heart the size of a pea. I had a noticed placed on my door on NOV 28th that I was to be out by NOV 29th. I came home from work to everything I owned not only thrown in the parking lot, but broken, busted, and destroyed. Kids beds, dressers, dishes, dining table, desks, end tables, Christmas trees and decorations etc…, all destroyed from carelessness. Not only did they break my things, they STOLE every piece of jewelry I had that was worth money, yet all of my cheap costume jewelry was there. My engagement ring, my diamond earrings, my late mother’s rings are all GONE! I will take the blame for not being up to date on my rent, but that does NOT give someone the right to destroy and steal someone’s property. Not to mention the company they hired to THROW my things out continued to do so after I and my 14 year old daughter got there and begged them to plz not break our things. They didn’t even have the common decency to let me or my daughter go in to get are terrified cats. Again, I will take the blame for the unpaid rent, but what they did to my belongings is absolutely disgusting. I do not know how these ppl sleep at night! This is the very short version of a very long painful story.

Been here a few months and so far all my concerns have been addressed by staff and management, however their 3rd party vendors aren’t as responsible I’ve been sent 3 different notices about pest control coming to spray my apartment. All 3 times I’ve taken the time to unload my closets kitchen cabinets and other pantries in the house and all 3 times no one has showed up, it’s very inconvenient and disrespectful not to get a call or an email telling me that no one is showing up. It takes hours to unload and load back your cabinets, please be mindful and respectful of our time. And then within the notice there is a line that said that if they show up and the apartment is not ready that you will be charged, how about the 3 times I’ve been stood up?

The staff was very thorough and helpful. The environment seems peaceful. I've encountered very friendly tenants. Locked myself out day 1 and the response was quick. I feel that I've chosen a good place to live.

Management has unacceptable communication. I got a letter a month late, no call, email, stating I was approved for a few extra days and by this time made other arrangements and told them as indicated but still have to pay and they charge carpet cleaning off your deposit even wheyou cleaned it.
