I can say since this is my first apartment it wasn’t bad at all. Will I renew my lease ? No. The air conditioning do act up from time to time and there is something always broken, but I can say maintenance will do everything they can to fix it. The leasing office can be non helpful when you ask them about something they should know , but other than that it’s Ok

This place is infested with mice I don’t recommend kings mills APARTMENTS OR TOWNHOUSES at all I lived in south woods apartment hartland,and queen purchase apartments never have I ever seen a mice they was very clean and very very maintained the maintenance was amazing and always on top of things BUT Kings MILLS I SAY A HELL NO no matter how many times they send someone out to help this places still infested I don’t mean one or two mice either it’s numerous of them you catch 6 here come 6 more ?????

Liers, bunch of liers!!
Went and saw the apt we are going to rent because we were told they have a rent special for one bedroom apt for about $700/month. Filled out the application the same day, got told again they have the rent special while filling out the application. Then when we got the lease, the rate is not a special rate for the same apartment!, instead it went up to $969!! So they can change the rate when they can, even though we have an agreement?!?! Wow, thats very disappointing to see a big company acting the way they act!! That's not a good way of running the business! Spread the word people!! This is just a nasty way of running a business!!

Have contacted several times in the past couple months about air conditioning not working properly. Maintenance came out twice. I was dismissed and spoken to as if I'm stupid and don't understand how air conditioning works.
Now 2 months later it's a real feel of over 100 degrees outside. Air runs literally 24 hours a day but if you turn it off it gets unbearably hot. Electric bills have been rising steadily. Last one was $140 and now a bill over $200 for 1 month of electricity in a 1 bedroom apartment. This is unacceptable!!

I live in the town homes & I honestly got lucky With my neighbors & i have no Roches thank God! This will be my 2nd year! The Neighborhood is Quiet for the most part thier's alot of kids around & Sometimes you'll see some police activy
but ive never seen anything too serious happening but i also stay to my self. Ill probably stay another year & move b/c rent goes up every year @$50.00. I miles well Get a town home with a private backyard if there going to keep rasing the prices it just makes more sense to me. Overall I recommend

There is no cleaning inside the buildings. Bùilf918 - You ask them to clean b at least once a week, sweep, and mop, and they say not my job. They are supposed to have people cleaning weekly, and they don't care. Spiders, egg spiders all over the place , at the stairs, walls, door entrance outside and inside. Please, this needs attention ?.

DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENT!!!!!!!
This apartment is infested with roaches, bed bugs & mice. I’m definitely not renewing my lease next year.I’m highly disappointed in this apartment ?please run if you can it’s horrible here. It takes forever for maintenance to come out. I literally almost died from cold today and they couldn’t send someone out to come and Fix their AC and it’s always something broken just note they won’t tell you everything.

I've been living at Kings Mill Apartment for about three years, and loving ❤️ it. Shae is the best assistant in customer care, I had an issue and went by and she explained the process so easy to get my problem sorted with resident services.

The neighbors annoy me. They are really loud. The wall is very thin, so you can really hear everything downstairs. They play music all day and night. I complained to the management, and they said they would send out a notice, but nothing happened. Another thing is the washing room is very dirty. Some weird kids always hang around there and smoke weed
