I was very grateful to receive appropriate help in time when I had leak in my tire. I drive for Lyft/Uber and my husband is overseas. So, it was very critical to fix the problem asap. Customer service in J&H is awesome - people are are very professional, attentive, and willing to help. Thanks a lot!

I’m new to Essex. Took my old 2006 Camry car in for an inspection. The man at the desk was very nice. After inspecting my car, they said it wouldn’t pass because all the rotting parts underneath. They said they couldn’t fix it and advice me to get a new car because the cost of fixing it maybe more than the cost of the car itself. Very honest people. They didn’t even charge me anything (I took it to the second inspection and they charged me $75 which is understandable). Will bring my car to this shop from now on.

Service was quick and professional, and even included rides to and from the service center and my home. Proces VERY reasonable. Highly recommended.
This was the second time I had car serviced at J&H Tires and both times was OUTSTANDING. You can't go wrong getting quality service here.

Very pleased with my service. Was notified when my vehicle was ready for pick up as well as being informed of other services that may need to be tended to. Did not try to rush me into these other services that were brought to my attention. Very friendly staff.

J & H Tire service I had on May 17 was 5 stars! However, reaching this page to write my review was not so good. I had to update my Google Account, chose a new user name, a password provide verification number and on and on, just to write a review! My computer prinicples are simple: If you, or anybody, require a user id and password to access your site, I'm not the least bit interested. Reason: Too many, way too many, user id & password requirements in this world. More is irratating and unwelcomed!
