The properties I saw were spacious and well maintained. The landscaping was excellent.

I live in Southwood Apartment top floor. I love the neighborhood, and my apartment, my building is nice and peaceful. MY ONLY main problem/issue is the SQUIRREL in my roof/attic. They make noise and run back and forth all day(better then listening to humans all day though) but it can become VERY noise at times, especially if they start fighting, or mating(yes, it’s more then one of them).. I have reached out to the rental office several times, and put in a maintenance complaint severe times, and the problem still hasn’t been corrected or addressed. Just moved in November 2023 and problem is still pending. Spoke with neighbors they say the issues has been going on before I arrived. This by far has been my biggest concern. In which I’m not sure what to do to get the squirrels OUT of the roof/attic. HELPPPP!!!

Noise alot when people live on second level apts alot in bedroom floors are bad wood about 46 years old apts they never replace the floor boards on second floor apts u can see the Ceiling moving boards in the ceiling squeaking all the time sounds like their's some one comming throuh the ceiling heavy walking stompin g sounds everyday never stops Hendersen webbneeds to fix the Foundation of their building they'll oor

I recently moved into a studio apartment it is very clean it has new carpet and huge closets. The outside grounds are clean and nicely kept and it's a very quiet complex. I will be here for several years to come.

I don't like the the fact that they come in the apartment without notifying me I come home to notes and letters saying they was here how about sending a email, a text , a call or put a mail under the door or in the mailbox so I can fix my schedule to have complete strangers walking around where I sleep with shoes around my valuables don't sit right with me
