10521 Industrial Park Rd, White Marsh“I have done Crossfit at Perry Hall Crossfit for years and it has been a great experience. I made huge improvements once I joined the gym and starting working out consistently. The facility is big and has lots of equipments, the option to have access to the gym 24/7 is great. The community and coaches are fantastic and make it fun working out. The atmosphere is very positive and supportive, love it there for sure!”

8303 Pulaski Hwy, Baltimore“Best gym in the world! It's 24/7 so there is no excuse not to work out. The store up front has all the supplements you need at great prices, they have machines there that i haven't seen anywhere else, they have a section for women so they can work out in peace, they have full meals up front from Jimmy's seafood and a meat vending machine! And rumor is they are expanding more!! I would 110% recommend this gym!”

7521 Pulaski Hwy, Baltimore“I have been a proud member of Baltimore Built Strength & Conditioning since 2018. The coaching staff is top-notch, providing excellent guidance and support every step of the way. Not only have I seen significant improvements in my fitness level, but I've also forged lifelong friendships in this welcoming and fun atmosphere. It's more than just a gym; it's a community that motivates and inspires each other to be the best version of ourselves. It's been over six incredible years, and it's been nothing short of life-changing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to not only work out but to truly belong!”
“Would highly recommend. Perfect for ALL levels of fitness. It’s not an uncomfortable or intimidating environment like some fitness centers. They are so welcoming, friendly, and energetic I look forward to it all day and walk out feeling very rewarded.”

241 S Central Ave, Baltimore“As a travel nurse I have been to many crossfit gyms across the country. I have to say this is the best gym I have ever been to. As someone who does not represent the " look like a crossfitter" most gyms I go to, I am discounted or have to prove that I have any ability. After 12 years of CrossFit it can be slightly embarrassing. I walked into Eden met Nick and took a class and I was hooked. As the owner and coach he is an incredible human and is good at knowing what his athletes need as a push. All the coached Joy, Andrew, Kent, Wyatt, Jesse each have their own way of coaching that gives their all to the community. This group of people will make you stronger and also make you happier as they are so awesome to be around. From the moment you walk in, people want to know what your goals are and how to achieve them. My only goal was to get strong.. and over these three months I am benching for 5 reps 10 lbs more than my one rep used to be. I got stronger, my form is better and I learned new scaling techniques that will help me get closer to movements I can’t do currently. Eden is not just a gym it is a family and I am lucky and forever better because I got to be a part of it.”
“I just recently started working out at Reflex and have loved everything about it! The workouts are hard and the environment is high energy and supportive. Every trainer that I’ve worked with has been wonderful!”
“Love the bootcamp. The coaches, staff, and members are all wonderful and welcoming. As a visitor, they support you and push you. You won't regret this place.”

“I visited this place for the first time today and I was really impressed! The equipment is top-notch, it wasn't too crowded, and the views were fantastic. I actually signed up for a membership right away because I'm so excited to have this as my new fitness hangout. Can't wait to start working on improving my fitness here! ?️♂️?”

1727 Eastern Ave, Baltimore“XPF is the best gym I’ve ever been to! Not just their workouts, but their friendly community has kept me coming back day after day. Each class is small enough to feel like you’re getting a personal training session and is a great balance between cardio and strength. The trainers are truly amazing and will correct your form and challenge you. This is the best I’ve ever looked or felt and I 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone regardless of their fitness journey!!”
“Absolutely the cleanest cutest and beautiful gym. BEAUTIFUL SHOWERS with amazing water pressure. Small and not crowded and very friendly kind staff. Expensive but absolutely worth it.”

All the way before the pandemic, then through the pandemic, and now, REV has been so consistent in challenging us, putting together the best classes, playlists and atmosphere. Thank you to all the instructors and staff! I wouldn’t be here without you guys❤️”

7902 Honeygo Blvd, Baltimore“Love the community that i have found at OTf! Makes it easier to drag myself out of bed to go when I have friends and supportive coaches waiting for me! *Update* the community just gets better!! It's amazing to have people cheer you on as you push yourself to be better!”
“It's just my 2nd day trial. I am already going further than my efforts when I was with Merrit Club, staff is small and largely stays in their places to be. It's intimate - quiet (thus far). The members I've met friendly and respectful. I am there exclusively for the rowing machine. Now I find myself able to really give myself to boxing. My warm ups and cool downs are enjoyable due to the fact that the club is not over run with traffic but that's simply due to its size. Plus, the music is good. I wear my earphones way less when there.”
“I work regularly with Ben Curtis. Coach Ben is a good listener. When my knees needed extra care, Coach Ben added physical therapy type exercises. When my hand needed extra attention, he was able to work with my limitations. He explores what I can accomplish in a work out but never pushes beyond my limits. He is especially good at checking form so I don’t hurt myself. I have been coming to the Baltimore Kettlebell Club for personal training since May 2023.”

5710 Harford Rd, Baltimore“Words cannot express how much I love my gym!!! We are like a one little healthy family!!! The energy from Coach Mary & Troye is unbeatable!!! Everyone is so kind and supportive- the music is great and I always feel like I’m being challenged (especially in Mary’s classes!!) I’ve been attending for 1yr and two months and I’ve lost 45lbs. I feel great and I’m addicted to working out and living a healthy lifestyle!!! The workouts are fun especially when they’re done ? Thank you coach Mary & Troye for making fitness fun again for me. I’m setting a great example for my family ?? ?☺️ and the Herbalife bar is sooooooo darnnnnnn delicious!!!!”
“Love working with Rick! This gym is tucked away, but that just means it's a hidden gem!The trainers here listen to you, work with you on your goals and keep pushing you to them. I've been going for 3 months now, and really appreciate the hype I receive when I come in and their willingness to work with me through and around pre-existing injuries.”
“Where to start. Fantastic facility! Staff member Caleb was friendly and very accommodating. All of the cardio equipment is new and Precor in my opinion has the best machines. Towel service is everywhere and the locker rooms are very clean and there is a sauna in them. Pool is a great place to hang out and they have music playing and a great vibe. Classes are huge here and get great participation. I can’t recommend this club and their staff enough.”

11605 Crossroads Cir, Middle River“Fantastic gym. We were in town for the holiday and looking for a place to workout. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a trainer and given a tour by an associate. Everyone, included the clientele, were extremely friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a lifting gym (tons of hard-to-find machines and equipment)but they have everything you need for functional training and cardio as well.”

“Let me tell you what I love about Bfit so you can decide whether it's the right fit for you today and not, say, 2+ years from when you first heard about them like me...1. They made it "easy" for me. I just show up.Ok, by no means am I saying the workouts themselves are easy... What I mean is, I know that all I have to do is roll out of bed, get in the car, open that door, and when I hear "what's up Hannah!", it's go time.I walk myself over to the floor, mirror some warm-up moves, look up at the projector for the day's Strength workout, and before I know it, class is over. At this point, I'm debating whether to stay for the Conditioning workout, but man, they've made it *so* easy that I've apparently already signed up for all of my classes for that week, so there's no backing out! (Technically, I can back out, but that doesn't sound as dramatic.)After just 30 minutes more, I'm toweling myself off, gulping water, and definitely not speaking full sentences because I'm still trying to catch my breath. But hey, I know I just got a full workout in in just over 1hr, and the day's just begun! I start everyday with an "easy" win at Bfit.2. They helped me gain strength, endurance and confidence.Prior to joining, I was bouncing around from a workout class here to a workout class there, maybe 2x/week, max. Cool, fun, but wasn't really seeing any progress. But, like, how could I have when I was only doing each type of workout 1x/week? That was pure lazy girl math.Fast forward to now, I'm at Bfit ~5x/week knowing that I'm getting intentional workouts in each and every time (the other days, find me still bouncing around the city taking the occasional spin and pilates class here and there!).The style of cyclic programming at Bfit gives me the opportunity to progress in each move while keeping things fresh. For Strength, there are 3 workouts; we cycle through "A" day, "B" day and "C" day. For Conditioning, there are 9 (I think). These all change up every 6 weeks. We track our progress on a community whiteboard, and it feels awesome to see how far I've come at the end of the 6 weeks. Those 6 weeks build strength with the progressive weight overload that's encouraged, endurance through conditioning, and confidence by way of lifting big a$$ plates and seeing big a$$ numbers on the board :)3. They're smart people. And good people, too. Also, dog.Their wealth of knowledge and experience shows in every class. For example, with their *knowledge* they demonstrate good form, advise on good form, and correct for good form. With their *experience* they demonstrate where people who are new to a particular movement go wrong with their form, give helpful cues to adjust towards better form, and strike a thoughtful balance of knowing how much to correct your form throughout the 6 weeks, giving the time and space to adjust the mind and muscle to new moves and not feel overwhelmed.Coaches and members alike are all good company. We push each other, we cheer each other on, we make each other laugh. It's a doggone good time.Ok, and dog. Dog is Lucy. Lucy is a polite girlie dog who unintentionally but graciously provides emergency when-will-this-be-over relief; her presence is all I need when I've gotten to the point where I'm counting down the seconds. Instead of "...squirrel!", it's "...Lucy dog!!!", and before I know it, a whole minute has passed. Lucy leaves you alone if you want her to, but she also leaves you alone even if you don't want her to. Find me in class and I will tell you the way to her sweet doggo heart :)”

Towson University, Towson“Lots of options and very clean, can get busy at times. Staff are super responsive and helpful. A group fitness instructor gave my spot away before the 5 minute grace period and I put in a complaint since I was penalized despite coming only 2 minutes late. They swiftly responded and took my penalty off my account, so overall awesome gym!”
“Love the YMCA. Though maybe a little pricey depending on your individual household situation, the facilities are great. Pool gets very crowded during the summer.”

8910 Waltham Woods Rd #2404, Parkville“The staff have been excellent! Very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very patient while my husband and I both shot questions at them. The Parkville location is the perfect size for us; not too congested, yet spacious and it is nice to know we can utilize other locations as well.We are excited about beginning our fitness journey with The Y.”
“I've been coming to CityFit since I moved to Baltimore in 2017 and I love this gym. CityFit is a truly inclusive space that is welcoming and affirming to people at all different stages on their fitness journey. This is also a great gym if you want to try out a few classes here and there but aren't ready to commit to a membership as they offer drop-in classes and class packs, as well as very affordable small group training. I really can't say enough good things about this gym, it's really been a game changer in my life in terms of taking care of my health.”
“We've been coming to Cadet for several years. My daughter loves the instructors she met a long her journey from master Raju, master Frantz, Nico, Milan, Dreemur, Evains and several more. Also the support staff have been helpful throughout our journey with them. We have used them for after school programs and evening/weekend classes.”
“I honestly can’t tell you how pleased I am to be a part of this gym. Everyone I have met is down to earth and committed to living a healthy lifestyle. Like minded community. It makes me want to do better each time I am there. No waiting for machines, as there are several of the the same type of machines to choose from. It’s really a hidden gem that more people to need to come check out and be a part of. Hope to see you there???”
