I called to make an appointment and was told they don't take appointments and just check in online before I come. So that day I checked in online and when I got there I was told they can't help me because they only do haircuts on the weekends, they don't style hair on weekends because they are to busy. Had they told me that on the phone I would of understood and not been screwed the day of.

There were four separate incidents I underwent while being at this Haircut place from Feb 2022-Sept 2023. My review exceeds the character limit and will at least note of being intentionally yanked with scissors, an aimless interrogation by another barber who narcissistically believed she could do what she wanted/boss me around mid way through an evidently disastrous haircut; and yet another employee there, who literally complained about getting off the shift, ran her mouth nonstop, and ambush screamed at me for not hearing what I said after sitting me down. ; I very rarely, if not almost never, experienced problems at other establishments and should have stuck with them, apart from generously giving benefits of the doubt and saving gas money. ;Being yelled at, for absolutely no reason whatsoever, was my final straw recently with the barber who openly brandished how she wanted to clock out - I notice with criticisms of other attendees here having posted reviews, the Great Clips owner nonchalantly apologizes, and tells them what to do for submitting a follow up. This is a repetitive tactic of subsiding detailed concerns, and not actually doing anything about it.; As with the useless customer service personnel who do not do anything, and fail to listen on what problems exactly happened, besides arranging meetings with, in my situation for example, their corrupted authority(which will require at least 5 or 6 calls just to make this happen)- this is the exact type of place, no matter how severely mistreated one can be or walked over, they are always right. ; The managers/owners/staff are not sorry at all, will twist/spin words, lie about their actual intentions, and try to belittle/degrade what specifically happens as no big deal, get away with it completely, and still assert control in an end result.Even if certain haircuts were completed without error, the processes, indecisiveness on what to do, and most particularly, atrocious conduct of hyper controlling staff, are exactly why I chose, after successfully completing my review, (will be saved regardless) to never come back. They didn't ban me, as the customer service/current manager implicated after lazily trashing what I relayed. Their just mad because I have a right to say exactly what happens when paid employees think they can get an upper hand. Turns out, just by assessing the reviews, I am not the only one who has dealt with such circumstances.

I came in for a trim she took exactly as much as I wanted off which was very little and I appreciate that she didn’t do more than asked but I was at the shampoo bowl for maybe 3 mins , she did not scrub my scalp at all . I wash my hair way better at home , I’m use to my hair feeling super clean after getting it washed my professionals , even a girl in Beauty school washed my hair way better in the past . She also sent me out dripping wet in November… not even towel dryOrville rd location in Essex Sunday the 5th of November

I just had surgery on both of my hands and needed a shampoo. I consulted the website and confirmed they offered a shampoo for $5. When I got to this location I was advised they ONLY offered a shampoo in addition to an additional service (i.e. haircut or style for $19 or $18 plus the shampoo) I didn't need a haircut or style, I just needed help getting my hair washed and was prepared to pay and tip for the service but was told there was nothing they could or would do to help me.0/10 .. would not recommend. I ended up going to Hair Cuttery on Merritt Blvd. where they were more than happy to help.

i’ll just cut to the chase, This passive aggressive little b tch named Samantha,ruined my haircut,that I had just gotten from Stacy, three weeks prior,and I know she did it on purpose because she is a c nt!!! I met her one other time,she cut my hair, and then there was something very off about her,but everybody there is very cold, very rude, passive aggressive!! It’s just a heap of underachieving sloths. Don’t take care of themselves, show up for work Looking like they rolled right out of bed, they’re unkempt, the most horrid hairstyles!!! but it doesn’t take a genius to figure out why they’re so miserable if they only charge $19 for a haircut and if someone is able to beat them down for that coupon because great clips isn’t sending it that means that they get the haircut for nine dollars so how much can they make off of a haircut so great clips is pretending that they are a beauty outlet,but really hey, so our personal information for billions of dollars if you look into your app you’ll see how much contractual information and disclosures are put into an app that you really just getting a stinking 899 haircut. Something stinks in Denmark. out they take your personal information that you enter into that app and they sell it to whoever will buy it!! and then the topper is you can’t get any information about them at all or their stylus they don’t answer the phone to see if your favorite stylus is there Because they’re not in the beauty business, they’re in the information, selling business or personal information without our knowledge is being sold to God knows who
