I told the young lady I grew up playing these games then proceeds to ask: "Do you have the right system?" Really. Find new employees. Do better GameStop.

Areana was very unpleasant and spoke in a rude tone. Very robotic tone and condescending when I asked questions about her poorly enunciated instructions about the policy for returning a defective product. She spoke over me and had an attitude, as if She was doing me a favor explaining. that I was just trying to understand the policy. I don’t think I will be going back to this GameStop. There are many more other gamestops to patronize.

Do yourself a favor go somewhere else, staff is straight up ignorant and condescending to customers, there's plenty of other GameStop stores where staff are actually present.
