Stop because my tire light came on while driving to work and I probably only needed air but was starting to panic. The mechanic checked my tire pressure and put some air in for and I got safely back on the road. Thank you.

Over charged my husband for a complete muffler system install, then they used the old O2 sensor then a day later engine light comes on, had it checked, and it said the 02 sensor was bad. Took it back to G&S they told him themselves they used the old 02 sensor then they wanted to charge him $175 to put a new one in after they screwed up and told him that he would not have to pay for that. Because that was part of the price of putting the whole system in, from the motor back. Then they had an attitude when they handed him his keys back.

Misdiagnosed the repairs at a cost of $2,000. Returned with the same issue twice. Now they say it needs an engine. Refuse to give any credit for the repairs that didn't correct the problem.The mistake was theirs.

I found g&s after having a negative experience somewhere else. I will bring my car here from now on. The service was quick and reasonably priced and the people were SUPER NICE!!!!!!!!! We were fortunate to find them! We have used them several times. They are fast, friendly and priced very fair. They are very honest and don't charge you for repairs you don't need. The recent repair we had done another shop gave us a $748 estimate. We picked the truck up and took it here! It was fixed in a couple hours and under $200!
