Visited here for the first time and when I walked in no one greeted or offered to help me at all, after 15 minutes I ended up leaving and going down the street to Essex pawn where I had an awesome experience and definitely a lot more pleasant

Store gives you very low prices and lie too your face. Sold an item for less then 1/4 for what they sold it for. When being told they can only recieve twenty more dollars when they sell it....

I went in to pawn my AirPod Pros (2nd generation) the other day, and the first thing the lady asked me was are they the newest ones? Yes I replied, they are the second generation of the Pros. I cleaned them for her and she starts to work on my transaction and she tells me that my AirPods are not the newest ones, there is a third generation of them. I said I am positive I have the newest ones, I stay up-to-date with all of my Apple products and I just bought them a month ago. I show her the receipt on my phone from the Apple Store, and I showed her the differences in them (usb-c, volume controls on the AirPods, and the lanyard loop.) She still insists that they are not the newest and then tells me that she’s been doing this her whole life, she should know. She showed me the 3rd generation of the AirPods, and I was quite upset at this point and said Ma’am, those are not Pros they are the regular AirPods. I did not cuss or yell but I was upset after telling this lady 5 times that I know what I have. Instead of admitting that she was wrong she said I am not going to take these anymore, please leave the store. So unprofessional and uncalled for. Never will I give this place my business again.

I was looking for a old model switch. The issue is that its very tedious checking the serial number to see if the switch has been patched or not. Lisa was very helpful, she brought out every switch they had and crossed checked them with list of serial numbers. I greatly appreciated her help and friendly demeanor. I had attempted this search at other pawn shops and they were less than willing to assist me. This pawn shop is frequented by others in my family. i highly recommended this place. tysm lisa :)

I called to try and make a payment on my item over the phone. They didn’t allow she told me if I came in next day I could pay and it would be fine. Well came in next day and my items were gone. Don’t believe a word the employees say apparently. I know an employee bought my item It’s dirty business

My experience has horrible I bought a ring that was supposed to be 14k and it was really only 10k.... I bought it to flip because I am in the business... the manager will not answer the phone and the girls working the counter are vary unhelpful. I wanted to KEEP MY ring instead they cannot do anything besides give me my money back...? No I should have gotten atleaset $50 back and kept my ring! Will never come back and I don't recommend anyone to go. Terrible customer service if uya ask me!
