I ordered a custom butterfly standing funeral arrangement on Friday and It was delivered on time for Sunday viewing. It was a beautiful unique work of art. My mom would have loved it!

I had to get an order last minute for a funeral and decided to use a local florist—I’m so glad I went with Essex florist & greenhouses. I not only couldn’t find a local florist beyond them who could deliver on time, but I double ordered, and they had to call to clarify certain things from my online order, as apparently I’m technologically inept ? I must have talked to them 4 times today and not once was there anything but kindness and patience from every person who answered the phone. I was so blown away by the customer service, their willingness to work with me, their abundant kindness. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

I am so thankful for the staff at Essex Florist. I had to order funeral flowers for my mother this week. It was an emotional time and I wanted to make sure her flowers were perfect. I first contacted a competitor, that wanted to take my order over the phone. Bad idea. We went to Essex Florist and they welcomed us in. We pulled up pictures on two different computers, and the florist helped me to order exactly what we wanted. Mom’s flowers were beautiful! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service Essex Florist. I will never buy flowers from another florist again.

You did the flowers for my husband's funeral. The flowers on the casket were beautiful and everyone was commenting on them. I'm so glad we picked yellow flowers. The wreaths from our daughter's and grandchildren were perfect as well and they were just as pleased. I could not get over how beautiful everything turned out. You helped put a little ray of sunshine on a very difficult time for our whole family. I thank you so much and recommended you to everyone who commented. Thank you with all my heart.

We had an excellent first time experience with Essex Florist & Greenhouses. I ordered flowers last minute for my mom’s work anniversary right before Christmas and they were delivered the same day and looked stunning.I had to call them directly after I placed the online because I realized that the original flowers I ordered had mums, which my mom is allergic to. Sabrina (I believe her name was) was so kind and helpful and she was as able to replace the mums with something different that looked even better in my opinion. 1.5 weeks later, the flower arrangement still looks gorgeous and brand new.My mom and I both highly recommended this floral shop ??

This Flower SHOP, Don't get any Stars From me. I ordered a corsage for a Prom. I specifically told them what I wanted. Red Roses and I picked out a white ribbon with a gold trim. I did not receive that. My sister picked it up for me when I saw the picture of it I was disappointed. It had red carnation and some kind of light greenish color ribbon. Do they listen at all NO. I called back to let them know. The Lady was unprofessional, she showed no concern , and she repeatedly came off as RUDE to me. I will never buy anything else from this Flower Shop. Bad Customer Service ?....... .

Placed an online order for mothers day hoping they would get there by mothers day . We didnt get the flowers on mothers day called them that monday was advised they would not be shipping flowers untill tuesday and they were out of the chocolates i paid for they will refund me the money for the chocolates very dissapointing. I will not be going back to them or recommending this florist to anyone we were exspecting the flowers to be there on mothers day not two days later
