This is the worst experience I have ever had with empire. I don’t know what happen to mom and pop but these younger generation of workers are those most unprofessional people I have ever encounter in all my years of being service by empire. Even another customer told them that they were wrong. Learn some customer service.

Ive bought a couple tires from them thru the years. Once they striped a lug nut but they went to salvos, bought another and replaced it for no extra charge. I bought a tire last winter, and just went to replace my rotors today, I couldnt get the lug nuts loose by hand. Road up there and they loosened them for me in 5 mins. Didnt charge, didnt ask for a receipt from the tire purchase.
They will be my 1st call if I ever need a cheap tire again.

Took the extra time to make sure the tires I got were quality tires. Actually gave me a new tire at a used tire price as I needed a full set and he was not able to find a 4th tire in the size I needed that he was satisfied w/. Gave a better price since I had to wait a little longer than expected.

Last time I had utv tires put on (one year ago) it was $10 a tire and an extra $10 for all four tire stems. Went there today, $15 a tire to mount. Then after I had everything unloaded he said he was charging me $15 per tire stem. HAAAAA. They are $20 for 100 tire stems on Amazon homie. I won’t be back again, and where ever I go next I’ll be sure to get the price before I go.
