“I had an experience at the t mobile store in Essex that really caught my attention. The gentleman name is Mark & he was fantastic. To see him handle multiple customers in the store was nothing short of amazing. Although it was an issue transferring from Verizon to t mobile he handle my situation & other customers with no problem.
I honestly believe he is very knowledgeable and should be paid very well. T Mobile please acknowledge this man for a job well done on 7/3/24. I understand everybody’s experience won’t be the same at that location but mean was. Great job Mark.

“Absolutely amazing. I just brought my phone a couple of days ago. I was a metro pcs user and I was given the run around with them so I went next door to cricket. My salesperson was Damien H. He helped me pick a phone plan and phone. With my package I also got a beautiful white puffer case and a nice phone charger. With MetroPCS all I got was a cheap barely able to use phone and a whole lot of yada yada. The phone on the left is the new phone from cricket while the busted phone is the one from MetroPCS. I'm now #teamcricket and don't have any complaints.”
