Not a good look at all when a customer comes inside your store and you don't have none of the shoes that was picked. Both pairs they found some excuse to give me. I got the notion they just didn't feel like doing their job. Avoid this store, go to the mall because this was a big waste of time!!!

This location is garbage. The workers looked at me like I was crazy when I walked in then proceeded to continue their conversation before one of them tried to help me. One or both of them smelled like weed. The guy that helped me was of no help at all. He was on a personal call while dealing with me. He didn’t try to resolve my issue, just gave me the number to customer service. I don’t know why DTLR has to be so ghetto smh.

They are turning customers away an hour before their posted hours of operation states without explanation. They were rude about it as well.

This store gets some heat but the employees do whatever they can to not interact with customers. When you look over in their direction they mug you for no reason, stay clear of this store.

This store is beautiful no doubt! Nice and neat. Some of the staff members very inattentive to customers. I also don't agree with the vulgar music that's played in the store. No respect for the women and children who shop in the store. The store is otherwise very nice place to shop!

I walked into the store where there was four visible staff members on the floor. Not one of them greeted me. When I approached the counter , I said hello and informed the young lady that I was here to pick up my package. She looks me dead in my face like I was speaking another language. She was cold and rude, I believe that she may be a manager/supervisor. When my shoes were brought out from the back, she nor her staff opened the box to verify my order. Once I used my keys to open the big box to make sure that the order was correct. I had to ask for a bag which seemed to annoy her. I will not be patronizing this location again. The whole shift needs a lesson in proper customer service along with professionalism.

I’ve been here twice to buy shoes and left twice with no shoes because they literally do not speak when you walk in or the whole time you are looking. Horrible service
