If it let me give no stars I would. Don't shop here. The store is a wreck. Nothing is ever out where it belongs. Carts of product always everywhere. Always multiple people working but can never find someone to ring you out. This branch used to be good. But then they kept changing management. And this new manager doesn't seem to care about how horrible this store is.

3 outta 5 times I come to this particularly Dollar General they are closed, today 5/13/24 I arrived at 12:48 to a taped sign on the door stated will open at 1pm. Like wtactal f. There is ALWAYS full unpacked totes full of merchandise not on the shelf but directly in front of it. When they are open their saving grace is That every female employee that works here is exceptionally pleasant that is their ONLY saving grace. This store is right down The street from my house so it's convenient. AN the fact that the store not open when it should is NOT.. THEY closed early are under staffed under stocked and not because they do not have the merchandise but because the merchandise that they have is not on the shelf. My son applied for a job here and failed to get a call back so they can't say that they do not have people applying because they do. Get it together Dollar General. It's been this way since I moved there 2021...

Saw two rats fighting in an aisle over a piece of bread then ended up buyinf and drinking half a gallon of month old expired milk.

Is incorrect when you go at 8 AM in the morning no one is there and if you try to show up by the time they close they’re always closing early

This store is always closed during business hours… can’t go a full week without being close 3 out of the 7 days. Plus they close early almost everyday. Try a different location to avoid disappointment.

Thank you DG for bringing in a new Manager. I visit the Eastern Blvd location at least twice a week for the past year. And Tiffany has turned this store around in the past two months. Tiffany is doing an amazing job

My father and I were shopping for my friends birthday and for a few little things for around the house. We didn’t grab a basket since we expected to just be able to carry everything by hand. Once things started piling up, we started putting our items into the bag we were going to buy, to save a trip to the front of the store.When we were looking at hand soaps, a lady who worked there, uncomfortably stood next to us for around a few minutes or so. When she left she did not say excuse me or anything as she zipped past me. She came back a few seconds later and said “did you guys pay for that” as we were still shopping, of course I said no. We wanted to save the trip from going to get a whole cart or basket for just a few items when we had a bag (from the store that we were going to buy) and just use it for the few items we had instead of struggling to carry it in our hands.She then started yelling and speaking very loudly about us to the entire store and quite frankly it was humiliating. I was just trying to buy my friend a gift for their birthday.As we were in line to pay she was yelling about how there are baskets and carts and nobody needs to be using a bag and causing a big scene when we were just trying to pay. We did not say anything to her and were ignoring her, as she obviously spoke about us. I do not think we did anything wrong honestly.I don’t know who would steal from a store like Dollar General, especially a teenage daughter and father pair, but oh well.I am still a minor and I may be a little sensitive but I was about to start tearing up. She was unnecessarily rude for accusing us. We have been going to this store for years to pick up little household things, as we live a minute away. In the recent months this place has really changed, being closed on random days and times. I never thought that I would’ve experienced something so humiliating at this store. This store is often a mess but we still go. Our cashier was very kind but, I cannot say the same about other employees at this store. This happened just a few hours ago and we are hispanic if that is any factor.I don’t ever complain or post reviews for stuff but I feel so awful being treated like a criminal and being mocked and spoken about like that. I have never posted a negative review about anywhere but this was insane and I needed to share it with people other than my friends.

MOST Dollar General stores in the area are open until 10pm & this store is included in that OPEN UNTIL 10pm… I drove up here for an EMERGENCY since I AM A 13 WEEK PREGNANT DIABETIC (the time I arrived is 9:21pm) and they already have the door locked. Then the RUDE GIRL at night shift on Wednesday nights with the fake eyelashes (not the girl with glasses she already left the store and is just hanging in her car on the phone) laughing on her cellphone walks right past the door holding her register till- throws her hands up at me signaling “NAHHHH WE ARE CLOSED!!!” So I stand there & check my watch in front of her which she then rolls her eyes & gives me a VERY RUDE LOOK then just kept walking away while waving ? to me. NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS HERE WITH THESE TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. I am BEYOND APPALLED.

Store is in disarray as usual for this type of store. Often items are placed in the wrong slot and causes price problems.

I am livid. This store has not been reliable and often a mess to maneuver in, but I still go. Today a new worker named JENNIFER really has put the icing in the cake of bad customer service. So I paid with 2 forms of payment one being EBT the other debit. I swiped with my EBT card and the food portion of my purchase was paid for. I then immediately swiped my debit for the non-food items. It asked for my pin in which I bypassed and chose credit and then approved the purchase amount. Then it started spinning and said "PLEASE WAIT, PROCESSING" so I was waited. Then JENNIFER with her not so bright self looks at me and called out the total left over from the balance of the non-food items which was about $23. I said to her well ma'am I already swiped and it just says it's processing (at this point thier system seemed stuck or running very slowly). She just looked at me with her bloodshot eyes and kept reciting the balance almost over talking me as if she hadn't heard me say I had paid and was waiting for me to swipe... again! Mind you there is a line because there is always a line. They can barely keep this store operating on regular business hours. Right now they have a sign on the door apologizing for them having to temporarily shorten the hours to close at 7pm. Anyway as she was repeating to me again the 3rd or 4th time that she needed payment the screen where you swipe tour card popped up approved and my receipt automatically came out. What I don't like is that JENNIFER didn't initially apologize for her oversight until I actually went back in and spoke with her and the manager with pink hair. Her tone was rude and she was behaving like a bystander instead if the cashier. She should know the system is long winded when the payment is being split. I also don't like that when I told her I did swipe she kept reiterating that I needed to pay as if she was deaf. I had paid(I didn't want to swipe again for fear of being double charged). There was nothing left for me to do which is why the system eventually said APPROVED without me swiping again. Long story short get rid of JENNIFER or train her better. In this economy nobody is putting up with ignorant rude workers AND inflation.P.S. she also shorted the customer I was waiting behind to speak with her. She shorted him actual bills so please, if you dare to go in here, check that your change is right because I'm sure if not JENNIFER kept it as an undeserved tip.

This is like the worst store ever. The manager apparently disappears for days or weeks and is never there. They don't have enough staff so half the time people just don't show up for work and they close at random times. Apparently they just started putting up signs to tell people that they're closed. I used to walk up to the door and find it locked all the time.
