I took my truck to get front suspension work done, and ever since I had it done nothing has been right. My alignment is off even though he claims it’s spot on. And whenever I turn to back my truck up, I hear a load knocking sound coming from my front end. So if you want your work done right, I don’t suggest you go to him, he certainly didn’t put in the effort to get it done right the first time on my vehicle.

I moved to the area about a month and a half ago and was hoping to find a good trust worthy mechanic. Low and behold my alternator dies and my car wouldn't start over the weekend. I found Cox Automotive on google, read the reviews and gave them a call along with a few other shops. The owner was pleasant when my fiance asked for pricing and he was able to fit us in the same day. They are very reasonable with pricing and their customer service was great. Dave is the man. I found my new Maryland mechanic. Cox Automotive is definitely deserving of my money. A+++ Service!!

The owner is so sweet and ready to help me with any issue. I live near the Pennsylvania borderline and I go to him, satisfied, everytime. Pricing is extremely affordable, and he knows what he's talking about. He's super thorough when finding the issue. I recommend him to everyone!
