Took my car here in early March after someone hit my wife while driving it. The at-fault driver’s insurance company was to handle the rental car and repair costs while Cliff’s provided an estimate and then fixed it. Cliff’s estimate was so high (and I knew it was when I saw it) the insurance company wanted to total it. To make matters worse, Cliff’s wouldn’t even do the repair for some unknown reason. So they collected almost $900 from the at-fault driver’s insurance company just to look at it and then wash their hands of it from there. I decided I was taking it somewhere else because I knew my car wasn’t a total loss. Turns out I was right as the estimate I got elsewhere was $2500 less and it’s all done now, minus $600 in rental car fees I had to pay to rent another car since the insurance company wouldn’t pay for a second rental! Cliff’s also busted my tail light out and then claimed it was already busted when they pulled off the bumper, but I know it wasn’t because I have close pictures of it right after the accident. TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK ELSWHERE, like Classic Body & Fender on Pulaski Highway!!!

I've had some great experiences here, but my last few have been extremely disappointing and it's apparent that their quality control has gone out the window.Paint lines in the door frames that weren't buffed out, broken pieces that weren't replaced, a pin stripe that's so crooked it should just be removed at this point... the list goes on. We ended up purchasing parts on our own and replacing them because after the second time of a subpar job, my husband and I are done trying to convince them to do it right.And this isn't even mentioning my issues with the $300 detail I paid for while it was there. I took it back twice and it still was disappointing so I gave up on that, too.I really hope someone steps up and makes this place what it used to be. Next time, I'll be looking for a new shop.

Best Auto body shop in Maryland. Car looks brand new after repairs, like it was never even in an accident. The office staff and estimators/adjusters are very knowledgeable and have no problem taking the time to explain any questions or concerns. They also have a full service mechanical shop right next door which is also top notch!

This Body Shop has gotten really greedy and terrible the past couple of years one they can’t do our car right away plus the last time they worked on it they busted our interior in the back and never plus they got grease on our carpet in our back. Very Very Disappointed.

My parents, my inlaws and my husband and I have been customers of Cliffs for years. Each time we need to bring a car in they have done exceptional work. I am never worried whenever we need someone to work on our car from there. Yesterday I picked up my car from there. They got everything done quickly, they were friendly and I was surprised to see our vehicle had been detailed. We will definitely be life long customers!!! Awesome job every time!!!

They did a great job! Took 3 weeks to get my car back but wasn't thier fault getting parts was a wait because of all the thieves breaking into cars an trying to steal them.

Great service and pretty quick considering the damage to my vehicle. They made sure my rental was ready when I dropped off my vehicle, and they returned the rental when my vehicle was ready for pickup. They made a bad situation very easy and worry free for me. Fast, friendly service and my car look amazing when they finished.

I had my car fixed, and when I picked up my car it was extremely dirty , especially the steering wheel, filthy with oil.Very disappointed, I will not return to this shop.
