The experience was top tier from beginning to end . I was looking for a car for my daughter. My salesman Elijah was very professional and didn’t pressure me like other car salesman do. Greg was amazing he works wonders and will advocate for you when things are challenging regarding your credit. He is a man of his word and will fix whatever is needed to ensure your car is reliable. Ms. Lisa is the sweetest ever she is professional in processing your documentation and very thorough at her job! Ms.Shelly,Shamia and Gavin will greet you with their beautiful smiles and will help you anyway possible. This organization is ran like a family and well oiled machine everyone plays there part and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. There's no place to park had to move my car twice then they are unprofessional filled out the paper didn't even show me a vehicle while waiting forever than they say you need a CO signer for what vehicle didn't pick one then when I was about to leave then wanted to show me a vehicle with 180,000 miles on it

Bought a car at the end of last year didn’t start driving the car until summer only because I don’t like driving in the winter. So since I started driving I’ve noticed a lot of problems one my transmission it would randomly not go after stopping at a light or stop sign, insurance paid for replacement and now out of pocket I have to pay for 2 motor mounts $604 cause they are in very bad conditions and on top I didnt have air conditioner nor heat cause that was broken as well. The air conditioner/heater is my fault I should of tested at this dealership before buying the ca, but the transmission and bad motor mounts that damage was ready there before purchasing the car. I don’t understand how a dealership doesn’t properly go thru a car before putting up for sale making.

I just recently purchased a vehicle and it was one of the easiest experiences in a long time. I worked with Kevin Bezemer and Greg James. They where transparent, polite, and efficient. They went above to make me happy. I would 100% go back to them and already told some friends and family to go see them.

Took a while for them to even come and say anything to us and they tried to force us to do a credit app before we could even test drive the car. Definitely felt very uncomfortable and they even tried to force us to set up an appointment when we said we thought about coming back (just said that so we could leave) and he started saying that’s the protocol and that we can’t walk in and walk out of there without scheduling anything… would never recommend to anyone. Didn’t tell us his name, anything, and was being quite weird. Very weird vibes, that’s probably why no one was in there and the vehicle we were looking into has been there on the lot since last year.

When my old truck stopped being reliable this was the first and last place I came to for a new car. Easiest time I've ever had buying a vehicle, I'm already recommending Car One to family and friends, and I wanna get on here and do the same. A definite place to stop by and see what they have.
