I bought an old 35 Bertram from Brenda and Eli this winter. I really had trouble figuring out if the boat I bought and another one a bit closer to home was the better deal. What made me go with the B35 at BBC basically came down to the fact that (unlike most boat brokers out there) Brenda and Eli didn’t act like used car salesmen. They were professional, courteous, helpful, fair, and never pressured me. That’s why I bought from them when I had two equal choices. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again.

We recently purchased a boat thru BBC (27' Sea Ray) from start to finish they were excellent. The customer service is unbelievable. Great experience!!!The staff, from Director, Brenda to her entire team are very personable and extremely easy to work with. You will be happy with the experience. We worked directly with Pete, he is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. His easy going/no pressure approach is just what your looking for during this process. Thank you Pete.

I recently was looking to buy a boat for Florida and BBC had what I wanted as they were brokering a nice Sailfish 2660CC. This was the easiest experience ever making a large purchase like this and Brenda and Jim were amazing....They handled all the paperwork and details perfectly. The boat is on its way to Florida without a hitch...Thanks guys for making this experience a breeze

Back in 2015 I came here to find a place to store and use the boat on the trailer and also used the high and dry for a period of time. As soon as I met Jim the first day, I really liked the vibe and his attitude so I decided then I would like to boat out of his Marina. I enjoyed my several years here and I would say that I got to see how this business' true great colors really are. That's where I first hand saw how the marina and Jim himself stuck to his words and handshake on making sure to resolve anything to the highest level. What a gentleman he is because long story short, I was having service while also storing here yearly and somehow there was an understandable mishap with a plexiglass windshield while in service one of the times. Jim assured me he would handle getting a brand new custom made even higher quality to my likings windshield. It took a little longer than it normally did to custom make due to manufacturer but Jim went above and beyond to make sure to stick to his word and make sure I can use a windshield until that one was made and it was off season anyways. So what he did was get me an extra windshield to use and even keep for my bday boat console top shield and I had full use both during that time and then made out with an amazing best quality replacement after that so now I have both one as a back up. I see a positive in this experience all day long.

Called on a Friday afternoon after making an unplanned boat purchase on Craigslist. Jimmy stayed after hours on a Friday evening to check me, then helped me launch the boat the following morning. More than happy to keep my boat here.

I've known the owners, the High family, since the 1980's, and they are wonderful people! They make you feel like part of their family. They are very kind, and extremely fair in all their dealings. I have the highest respect and regards for these folks! As I've already mentioned, they are wonderful people!!!

Low key, easy vibes marina. Jimmy, the owner, and his staff are always quick and attentive. They know the bay and hot spots. They also know boats so helpful with maintenance. Love using our boat out of here.
