I ran into a deer around 10/23 it appeared that the damage was fixed but until I looked underneath the car (the AC compressor and undercarriage) were just straighten out I went to the dealer to have it repaired correctly…I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone they suck!! **UPDATE**3/29/24 …The GM reached out to me explained to him my dilemma I showed him receipts of where I paid out of pocket to the dealer to have my car repaired correctly he then said I would be reimbursed that was 7 weeks ago!!

The service was terrible I didn’t receive updates on the progress of my vehicle, I had to call in at least twice on different occasions and I had to wait 2 weeks for the shop to replace a bumper. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve been waiting for this body shop to get a part for my car for 8 months now. Every time I call they don’t know when it’s gonna be in. Even had my claims adjuster have a talk with them and still nothing.Front desk staff was nice and that’s about it.Go somewhere else

I read Mariah‘s review below from four months ago and thought it was mine. My son was hit by a deer in his Volvo. Totally understand that there are a lot of parts and it could take some time to do it. I had no problem with that. They were the preferred auto body shop of my insurance company. I made it clear to them that if the car wasn’t going to be done, I had a full rental and would buy a airplane ticket to get my son home from college. They kept assuring me very politely that it would be done. When my son showed up to pick up the car after we were told everything was good the battery was completely dead. Warning sign number one clearly they weren’t smart enough to keep the battery on a trickle charge so that would be ready for the customer secondly, that means they probably never test drove it for safety. Which leads me to second issue the heat and the AC were both broken on the car. Both items full working order verified by Volvo who had the car one month before the accident. The battery was also a newer battery. We learned from one of the text there that they kept jumpstarting the car every time they needed to fire it up for something which is really bad to do with a more modern car and the electrical system. My son had warning lights on the whole ride home all the way to New Hampshire. I asked for a manager to call me back. Haven’t gotten a call yet in five days. This company is absolutely horrible. I let my insurance company know they should be dropped as their preferred dealer. Luckily I had guaranteed work from my insurance company. They are actually redirecting it to Portsmouth auto body in New Hampshire who is amazing and we’ve used multiple times before. My insurance companies also having Volvo check out the car to find all the things they missed when they did their $9600 repair job . Again one of the desk ladies was extremely nice Tina she was actually empathetic to everything and very appreciative. There was also a tech that came in on Saturday. I think his name might be Lewis he took my son got a new battery and made sure the car was starting and stopping before he drove home unfortunately once he left on a Saturday and they were closed as he was driving home that’s when he realized the AC wasn’t working the heat wasn’t working warning lights came on the front left tire kept losing air Multiple other things. I can’t wait to find out this weekend. Again, do not use them if your insurance company asked to use them have them read these reviews first. Had they actually followed up with me with a manager call which I requested two different times I wouldn’t even be leaving a review. Ironically, they’ve been flooding me with surveys for the last week yet I haven’t gotten a call from the manager .

These people deliver! No bogus "extra" charges, no ridiculous delays. They finished repairing the damage to my vehicle two (2) days earlier than originally stated.I received daily update texts and the staff/ mechanics were polite and professional.They have a lifetime guarantee on their work, so you know they'll fix it right the first time.If you have the misfortune of getting damage to your vehicle, take your car "baby" to them!!

No communication whatsoever they have had my truck for 3 weeks it has been promised back on numerous occasions and has fell through now my rental is getting ready to run out I won't be using them again

My son hit a deer and I brought this in through insurance. I kept being told this would be done and then got excuse after excuse until it became a month and a half and insurance wasn't covering the rental anymore. They did cover my deductible w geico which covered the rental fees so it evened out but because of work I had to get my son to pick up the car because I took too many days off thinking the car would be ready. When I got home my said something was wrong with the steering. I took a test drive and the alignment is screwed. It wasn't like that when I dropped it off. When I did drop it off there was a woman there saying they had scuffed up her car and it wasn't like that before she had dropped off. It's Friday night. They will be hearing a earful from me Monday!!!Services: Body & Trim

Edit: two months later and they still haven't refunded my insurance company. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS. Tried to give me a hassle when I said I wanted to pick my car up and fix it myself. They also changed my HUD and IC settings when none of that needed to be touched to replace a mirror.

This shop received my daughters car in December to repair the bumper and trunk. When they finally called her to say that her vehicle was ready, it was wet,molded and smelled. After calling her to pick up her the second time it was the same way. So they finally said that they were going to get it sanitized, now that we go to get it all of her carpets are discolored. These people are very unprofessional the whole time they just kept trying to blow her off. I would never go to them nor recommend them to anyone. I would rather let Joe blow fix my shit. She had to take it today March 6 with some of the smell still in it and the carpets damaged.

Repaired my body damage looks great. However, went to pick my car up and my tire was completely flat. Literally sitting on rim. Tried to tell me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to find someone to repair it. While waiting to hear from a manager another customer came back in to say his tire was flat. Very poor customer service in helping with this matter. Our tires were not flat when we brought the tires in. Not my responsibility to repair. Then said I could keep my rental but I'd have to pay for it. Finally a tech was on their way to repair tire. Definitely made me view this shop differently.Service: General repairs & maintenance
