“The staff in the store are very kind, courteous, and professional. There used to be a couple of rude unprofessional employees at the counter but this store has since cleaned up considerably and demonstrates excellent business ethics that prioritize the value of customer service. They have quality items and good sale and clearance items. The only drawback is that their rewards program is quite lacking. This is also one of few remaining stores in our county that respects their customers enough to keep the restrooms open and accessible. Traditionally, Baltimore's pharmacies had family like atmospheres that put customers first, welcomed your business, and prioritized customer service above all. Your health questions were answered with well schooled trusted advice and a compassionate comprehensive knowledge about the use of quality products. Thank you Rite-Aid for honoring the old school tradition of quality over quantity, and for valuing customers like pharmacies should. Your example is one that all pharmacies should follow.”
