“I’m just moved in here.. the service was amazing, I’m very thankful to jewel. I got approved very fast and she was very amazing and helpful throughout the process. The townhouse was beautiful, and very clean. The kitchen is beautiful, even tho it’s on the smaller side but I still get all the functionality I need. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious, and the open floor plan is beautiful. the floors were in amazing condition, and the carpet. I would recommend people to move in here!!”
“My boyfriend and I were literally facing homelessness with our 2 year old daughter due to a different leasing office screwing us over out of our move in date. However , when we found kings mill apartments they took us in with open arms and got us approved & moved in the same day! I can’t show my appreciation enough for this place. When we moved in we noticed a few minor things that needed to be repaired. Maintenance came out the same day and repaired everything!
I seen a TON of reviews saying they’re infested with mice & roaches so we were super nervous upon what we were getting ourselves into but we haven’t even seen a fly yet . Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away from giving them a shot. Our neighbors are friendly and the office staff is super helpful !
