I was just inside and the cashier closest to the door was extremely rude and racist. He helped two separate customers that were black and just chatted up a storm. I come to the register on my turn and he doesn’t even acknowledge me. No greeting, no eye contact, didn’t say thank you. Just scanned my stuff and handed me my receipt. Our family will never go to this Aldi again. Absolutely shameful and disrespectful.

Always poor service, only a few employees provide good service. It's the third time I have to pay with Shanequa, who offers unacceptable customer service and has a terrible attitude. I spoke to the new manager Jordan, a young woman with no experience in customer service, and the only solution she gave was to withdraw from the store since I had paid for my products. The employee and the manager looked like 10-year-old girls talking to each other and making fun of one. It is a shame that the Aldi corporation does not take these matters seriously, since the page has too many negative comments about the attitude of employees.

I drove 20 minutes and arrived at this store with five minutes left until closing time. Suddenly, the cashier told me I couldn't make my purchase because they were about to close. I had no choice but to leave, but thanks. Anyway, I won't be back.

I placed a instacart curbside pickup order and went during my time frame to pick it up. Waited for 35 mins and nobody came with my order. I then noticed on the app somebody named Shannon picked up 4 of my items that were in my cart but nothing else. When I tried canceling through the chat option because I was tired of waiting it said I would be charged $15 because the shopper was already shopping. I decided to go home and when the store was supposed to be closed at 8:45 I kept getting notifications saying my items were out of stock even the ones she was supposed to had picked up already. Then I finally got a message saying all of my items were out of stock and my order has been canceled. That was the worst experience with picking up an order. The last time I got delivery and that was even worse because all of my fresh veggies and fruit were old, and bruised. I will never order delivery or pickup from that Aldi's again.
