TOO way expensive!! It's a thrift store not a boutique! Really not fair for them to think that people should have to pay regular store prices for a thrift store ! ???

Been going to the store for years. I still love it, but the prices are much higher since it was purchased by a new company who has other local thrift stores. This store used to have many discounts and they seem to have gone by the wayside, but I will continue to shop there. The people who work there are delightful and work hard.

This location is definitely a step down from the Columbia and Laurel locations. This location is much less organized and has significantly less variety of items (aside from used clothes) compared to those locations. I don’t plan to return here again.

My wife suggested we go, as I love savers in parkville and 2nd ave is part of the same company. The deals were fine, inventory was ok, but checkout experience was horrible. There are 6 self checkouts, but only one was open and a staff member was standing at it checking people out one by one. We honestly waited in line for 15 minutes. I would not recommend this place just based on timeliness of checkout and getting out of the store. Look at other reviews, this was not a unique experience.

Don’t waste your time with this place. I Used to shop here all the time but recently it has gone downhill. They have 6 self checkouts and only open 1 or 2 at a time no matter how busy it is. the line is always all the way to the back of the store. Terrible customer service. The employees and managers just stand around while the lines are terrible and help no one. Not to mention all the inventory is overpriced junk. This store is not worth shopping at anymore.

Used to come here all the time. Ever since they installed self checkouts line is to the back of the store always and they only have one checkout line open no matter how busy it is. Staff is not very friendly either. Will take my business elsewhere.

Recent changes in management have made shopping there a chore. Not to mention the increases in price and sales all but removed any reason to visit unless you are desperate for something immediately.

This store has got to be the worse store you can imagine when it comes to customer service!!!!! The people that work here at night couldn't care less about a customer or anything else for that matter. There’s no acknowledgement whatsoever from any of them. I can’t think of the last time i was greeted, thanked or asked if I needed assistance. Word of advice: you can have the best merchandise and prices in town but the people that work up front should be the mascots for the business. I’ve worked in retail management for 30+ years and this staff would never make the cut under me. After all these years of shopping here I think I’ve had my fill and will not be returning to this location. I will take my business to Columbia, the prices are higher but the staff is so so much nicer!!
