Med one has been my pharmacy for the past year and I have since moved, but refuse to change to another pharmacy! The pharmacist John is very personable with all of his customers and always ensures my prescriptions are ready the same day. I have never waited over 30 minutes for a prescription at Med One. This has made my weekly prescription so much easier on my time. The staff is wonderful too! I have always felt judged when picking up my prescription, but at Med One there is no presence of judgement.The store is well stocked and has a variety of over the counter medications, as well other medical supplies. However, I choose not shop there for merchandise because it is a bit pricey. . that's why I have 4 shave 4 stars instead of 5.

I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service this branch provides. The human factor of thoughtfulness, courtesy and helpfulness in answering questions/concerns is so refreshing to encounter! Thank you to all the staff there, you are truly admired and appreciated!!!

I was traveling and realized I forgot to pack a medication. After panicking, I found this pharmacy, whose staff were super responsive and helpful in getting my prescription transferred and filled immediately. They were so kind and it was such a relief to have that problem solved without hassle. Thank you again!

One of the best places I have gone they don't judge you they are fast and honest and John is Great and knowledgeable I live in reisterstown and my Pain Mgt is in Frederick MD so I come from there to Emmitsburg MD then back to home an hour away.. These people are a GOD send,.. Thank you

Good service and most of the time scripts are filled in under 20 min. I would advise to wait until at least 1 hour after it opens to take a script in if not you will have a long wait from the faxed scripts and call-ins first thing. It takes them about an hour to catch up then there service is up to speed.
