I don't normally post reviews but I took a chance with dynamic auto and they didn't disappoint me at all they we're very honest and that's extremely had to find when it comes to auto repair shops they made a bad situation easy for me communication was amazing and they got my car finished exactly when i needed it to be. I will definitely be using them in the future for any issues in the future

Awesome service and customer support. I was traveling from NY to VA and had an emergency. I google Dymamic Automotive, and I was glad I chose them. They took care of my emergency right away with an awesome attitude and customer service.

Took 2 times to get it "fixed"and its still not adjusted properly the portion pictured should be tucked just inside of the frame apparently the staff doesn't bother to look into factory specs... beware!

Dynamic in Emmitsburg is awesome! I called to set up an appointment for my daughter's car to get inspected. I dropped her car off the next morning and that afternoon it was completed. They were quick and efficient. Their price was definitely cheaper than expected! Thanks Dynamic for all your help!

Called the shop in emmittsburg I have a old car I needed steering part I was going to purchase all new parts instead of reman the guy on the phone said we don’t install parts brought in by the customer so he tried to sell me reman that wasn’t going to happen

Great communication and attention to detail. Took our “new” (used) car in to get checked over before we fully committed to purchase. They didn’t perform any unnecessary maintenance or repairs. They texted and kept us up to date through the entire process; with comments and photos. They also provided a ride to/from my home so I wasn’t waiting there all day. We had been looking for a local place since moving here and this is now our go-to. Thank you to Jason and Jesse!

I'm honestly flabbergasted by the level of service I received. I'm a student at Mount St. Mary's, and I brought my car in for an alignment and oil change. Adam was completely transparent, explained that they would do a (free!) inspection of my car as well as address the issues I brought it in for. They then gave me a ride back to campus for free, and picked me up again when my car was ready. I was kept updated throughout the process, with an electronic report as well as a pdf of all the issues they found with my car with a breakdown of how they'd repair it and the cost. They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and just all around amazing. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.
