My son loves this playground. Kids love the giant sandbox. Nice field to walk the dog in. Partialy fenced-in Blacktop to shoot the basketball or practice on something with wheels.

Very quiet small playground. Perfect spot for a quiet day out with littles.
The Westchester Community Center is located in the village of Oella, Baltimore County, Maryland. We are located between old Ellicott City and Catonsville. We lease most rooms in the facility to long-term tenants and the main hall and 2 meeting rooms are also available for rent to anyone in the community for meetings, classes, and parties.
