They had an item that I wanted to purchase at a good price. When I got to register, the price double. After showing the location and price label of the item to both the cashier and manager, the manager said that since the price of the item was double the advertised price, she couldn't match it for me (with take or leave it attitude).

Problems every time dropping off a fedex package. Such an inconvenience having to deal with this location and service. Hard to believe how it’s possibly so bad. Is it intentional?

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy service. DO NOT go to this Walgreens, its awful. Even the normal cashiers are basically incompetent... each transaction takes ages.
The Pharmacy is actually the worse i haver ever dealt with... I literally transferred my prescription to CVS across the street... i wanted to pick up my medication.. the pharmacists was so rude and incompetent..when i complained that i had my prescription ordered a 4 days ago and it still showed not ready cause they are out of stock. she said come back later its in stock.. then she VERY LOUDLY CALLED MY MEDS and my Name like we are some sort of zoo!!!
Checking out takes AGES!!! do not even try and buy anything there.. no wonder they have horrible reviews over here...

Made an appointment to get two routine vaccinations. Arrived early but it took over an hour to get the two shots. There was only one person helping the one person ahead of me but there were some complications. Meanwhile 3 other staff were busy doing something but NO ONE even acknowledged my presence. The girl who finally gave me the shots was very pleasant but, still...There were no other customers present, which pretty much is understandable. They are closing Walgreens regularly.
Blame it on management, folks.

I feel like I've been tossed around in a never-ending loop of disappointment. For the past two weeks, I've been given nothing but empty promises from the staff at this pharmacy that they would order my medication, only to find out today that they still haven't done it. Every time I call, it feels like the staff just pick up the phone and hang up on me without even trying to help. It's frustrating to see them barely putting any effort into their jobs. And to top it off, the last person I spoke to was so rude and completely lacked any customer service skills. These Walgreens pharmacies are just terrible, it's like they don't even care about helping their customers. I'd rather drive to a pharmacy two towns away than come to this one that's just a block away from my home.

Waited for over 30 minutes in line for my prescription. When time to pay the total was wrong. Trying to work with the cashier to figure out why the total was wrong and the pharmacist says she doesn’t know it was billed the same as last time when my prescription was $50 cheaper. I said something has to be wrong with the way it was billed. The pharmacist then says they need to go yo lunch and could I come back. I drove 45 minutes to pick up this prescription so I didn’t want to wait any longer than I had already been waiting in line. She just keeps saying we need to go to lunch. Absolutely no concern for the customer in this situation.

Pharmacy is woefully understaffed, drive thru is often closed, lead time for prescription fulfillment is multiple days now instead of same day

Waited hours to get a common antibiotic filled. Finally filled, go to the pharmacy in the pouring rain with my 1 year old in the car, drive thru is closed. Go inside, line at the counter is 8 customers deep. Thank goodness the baby has the patience of a saint, otherwise she would've made everyone's life hell.

the pharmacy hours are till 7 but they close the pharmacy before that. Lately, the drive thru window is more often closed than open. Lots of new staff and now it's no longer as well run. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. This used to have a neighborhood pharmacy feel. Now it's just a pill mill feel.
