I replaced my old phone with a new one. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though the store was busy, the staff was still reasonably quick, but still thorough. Never felt neglected, or rushed. I was walked through the process, never pushed, and felt comfortable the entire time.

Customer service is very trashy and management trashy and i was struggling my self more then 2 months no one's respons and they charged over i didn't use anything keep charged every month and when i spoke to managers ignored me and he was herising if disconnect you're service you will lose your business numbers we not responsible up for an Internet service with unfortunately no one was available to guide me on how to install them equipment. I called the customer service number, to not avail, it's almost impossible to talk to a live person. The store's staff also need a customer service course. I can I do business with a company that's not showing interest in you, a company that doesn't take you as a value customer? Therefore, I returned the equipment and cancelled my service. I was treated with respect with Xfinity. So, I had to go back to them, even though their price is a little bit higher than Verizon FiOS, the availability to navigate online and to speak to a live person with knowledge compelled me to go back to Xfinity. Customer service matters.

Dymin is amazing. When I went in about to a year ago to get a new phone she was so knowledgable and patient with me. She helped me get all my numbers down so I could make the right choice on the right phone and plan. I came back a few weeks later and got my new phone and apple watch. She made sure I was getting what I wanted for the price I needed!!! Since then she is always been so helpful to take my questions. She is truly a MVP!!!! If you visit this location ask for Dymin!

Needed to pick up my router but was made to wait after being greeted while four staff members just chatted and showed each other stuff on their phones and one staff member took a return. Not sure why four staff on the clock wouldn’t be able to grab it for me. I was in quite a rush so it was inconvenient

The manager, Aubyn was excellent. He listened intently with the issues that I was having with my old phone
After he explained what my options were, using my old contract/warranty. I chose to do a new phone. He set up my new phone, equipped me with the accessories I would need for a flawless transition. He was so personable and assisted others while my info transferred from old to new. He even set my new phone to communicate with my car, uconnect. Great service
