I went to this location 2 times. First the blonde lady yelled at me in front of everyone because I will take her time to get help about filling some of the lines on the passport application.I went to Columbia Location to get my things done.Ellicott city location did not take my return because it was not sealed. They refused to provide my return label.On my second visit, Hollie B. Unfortunately refused to listen to me. My daughter’s passport picture was okay but she dud not accept it. I had it taken at the same place and mine was accepted by the passport services but this lady did not accept it because for her it looked like the background was bluish. By the way the passport photo was taken at CVS and it was fully approved by the passport system, but not by Hollie B.Terrible customer service I felt like beaten up on both of my visits. I try avoid going there. You become guilty. They attack you verbally so bad.

So far so good. It's a busy location, but handled in stride, as long as you're tad-bit patient, it isn't too bad. At times there's need for coaxing and compromise. Best best, arrive outside peak rush hours and the place yours!

As someone who's never ever written a review, I really think this is saying something. I am someone who hates bothering or inconveniencing people, and am very self aware. I walked in to send a package internationally. I walked in and an older white lady helped me. She said good morning and I said it back. She started asking me questions like where I was sending to. After I told her I was sending it to Canada, she IMMEDIATELY started complaining and had a very hostile attitude. "Oh yeah, this is gonna take such a long time" and just had such a weird and rude attitude over absolutely nothing. Then she asked if I wanted it insured and I said "how much would that be?" and she just goes "I don't know." in an extremely annoyed tone, then says "I'm looking" and ends up never even telling me anything more about it.I have worked retail and customer service before; I get how annoying people can be and working is, but holy, all of that was uncalled for. She's already ruined my day and I didn't even speak to her for 5 minutes. I didn't ask ANY questions, didn't even have the opportunity to process what was happening because it was such a short amount of time. I did absolutely nothing to her and did not deserve the disrespect. Overall I'm definitely never coming to this location again and only because my review is being reviewed won't curse, but I want her to know she's a female dog. Honestly just disgusting, go work as a fisherman or something if you can't handle people. You're the one who applied to this job and if you're going to act as disrespectful as you did, find another job. Complaining to other coworkers is ok, but AT the customer? Go find another job. You shouldn't even have the privilege to work here with that disgusting attitude.

I should have listened to the reviews but i needed to go to the Walmart around the corner and this post office was on the way there. One worker was extremely rude to a customer.. he filled out a form wrong twice and by the second time she said "you're killing me". Very unprofessional. How about talking him through it instead of being so rude. I'll cross a river and a half before going to this post office again.

Customer service sucks and they act like they don’t want to be there or I’m inconveniencing them.Only think I like about it is the convenience from house. Besides that, avoid this place.Also, they weren’t very helpful with my problem. I can see I’ll still have problems in the future. Yay me ??♀️

If I could give negative stars, I would.Of the three times I have visited this post office, the customer service has been the absolute worst on the planet.If there's a 9th ring of hell, this is competing for that title.Excessively rude employees, inflexible, uncaring. Each time I'm optimistic, every time I'm proven wrong. And it's not even the same employee each time.

Avoid this place like the Justinian plague.I visited this location for the first time in 2020, in order to return a pair of amazon packages containing calibrated change plates, which, unfortunate as it may be, weren't qualified for UPS' return options. I brought my packages in pristine condition post haste, whilst ensuring I placed at least TWO back up tags each, in case of some mishap during transportation; however, the staff refused to print me a receipt since my packages were not suited for their conventional weight scales (40lbsx2). However, I was assured my packages will be delivered within fortnight.Three weeks later, I was contacted by the seller, who informed me that neither of the packages were delivered. All in all, I lost two packages worth $200 each with no receipt to show for it. Learned my lesson.Either way, it's been three years but I'm still salty about it.

The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. I drop off my packages on the side all the time but one lady decided to yell at me and made me stand in line just to place my packages on the side. There is a way to tell someone something but it seems like no USPS employee has respect for their customers.

i must say i had the worst experience here.I wish I could give zero star. The Lady name Jane i believe has issues and she's taking it out on the customers. She has no manners and zero customer service. I must say she should be working in a customer service environment. Horrible treatment i received at this place by her.

Seems fine to me. If I had to complain about something, it would be about the customers doing their shipping research at the service counter rather than at home online.
