I contacted the Post Office because a cluster mailbox in our community was knocked over by a vehicle. I was able to talk with a representative after 3 rings and within a half hour, received a return call from that person providing me with information. Within an hour after our conversation, I received a call from a maintenance truck driver who was at the location. He picked up the damaged mailbox, took it to be repaired and provided instructions as to how residents can get their mail until the mailbox is replaced.

The post office keeps leaving packages at the curb. They can’t seem to comprehend that they should deliver to the door. With all the packages stolen daily in the county, leaving it at the curb is asking for another stolen package. Just lazy.

I myself haven't had a bad experience here, but today when sending out an online order, the lady in front of me didn't have the best English and wasn't entirely sure what to do. The employee who was talking to her was SO RUDE like jesus christ. This was an old Korean woman just trying to figure out what to do and she was treated badly. I feel horrible about it. I wanna give her a hug.

I went to this location for the passport twice and met one person who was a role in the passport application. I had bad experience due to rude attitude. Don’t go there.

Had a great experience sending in a passport renewal. Lachae was incredibly helpful in going through the application to make sure it was filled out correctly and was very kind in giving me time to fix any mistakes. Thank you for the great experience!

I went to this location 2 times. First the blonde lady yelled at me in front of everyone because I will take her time to get help about filling some of the lines on the passport application.I went to Columbia Location to get my things done.Ellicott city location did not take my return because it was not sealed. They refused to provide my return label.On my second visit, Hollie B. Unfortunately refused to listen to me. My daughter’s passport picture was okay but she dud not accept it. I had it taken at the same place and mine was accepted by the passport services but this lady did not accept it because for her it looked like the background was bluish. By the way the passport photo was taken at CVS and it was fully approved by the passport system, but not by Hollie B.Terrible customer service I felt like beaten up on both of my visits. I try avoid going there. You become guilty. They attack you verbally so bad.

So far so good. It's a busy location, but handled in stride, as long as you're tad-bit patient, it isn't too bad. At times there's need for coaxing and compromise. Best best, arrive outside peak rush hours and the place yours!
