Called to get a dress hemmed ~ 1.5-2 inches. Place was clean and staff was nice enough. Next day I realized the price was $175 (way higher than expected… but I needed it expedited so I called to understand a breakdown of the price and to check if they started on it yet). It was a bridesmaids dress and my other bridesmaids have the same one and paid around $60 for hemming plus other adjustments. When I asked why it would be $175 because my other bridesmaids were paying $60 the woman got very passive aggressive and told me to get my dress. I dropped the dress off a few days later at another tailor 25 min down the road…$30. Be aware of what pricing should be because I almost lost $145. If you are fine with those prices then this place is fine for you.

Had two pants that needed to just be hemmed and one that needed to be pulled in at the waist. They did them all in a nice timely fashion and the tailoring looked nice!

Dry cleaned clothes here plenty of times. They also tailored my jeans and made them exactly how I imagined them to fit. The staff is very nice and the place is in a great area. 5/5

I'm local to Turf Valley Towne Square and do much of my shopping here. I tried out the Turf Valley Towne Square Tailor Shop & Cleaners out of convenience and admit the few garments I've had tailored by them were to my liking and the turn around is pretty decent. I was quite disappointed with the outrageous pricing without explanation (for minor tailoring), smug attitude and general disregard for loyal clientele. I will not be returning no matter how convenient. If you need something done in a pinch then this cleaners may work for you but do not expect a pleasant response should you raise a question about a service or pricing.

They stained a brand new dress (tags still on) that needed altering. Not to mention the staff was very rude to my pregnant wife about it, didn’t offer to clean it and kept telling her that she didn’t ask to have it cleaned when she dropped it off (because it was new, unstained with tags on). Won’t be going back here.

I called the cleaners about doing an alteration on a pair of pants. I was quoted $15. I got there and they charged $19.85. When I questioned it they said "We have to press the pants and that's an additional $4.85". I asked about doing the alteration w/o pressing and the lady smiled and said, "We can't do that". They quote a reasonable price to get you to the cleaners and then upcharge. The quality of the pressing was 3 star at best. Still had wrinkles in the pant legs. Ended up having to iron the pants myself.

My experience with Town Square Tailor Shop and Dry Cleaners has been exceptional. If you want high quality dry cleaning and alterations do not look any further. I have also been impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Whether you are a one time or regular customer you will be treated with kindness and respect.

Polite, professional & do impeccable work. My husband has had several suits cleaned there & they do a fantastic job. Always ready on time. They also provide alteration services. Everytime we have been in store, we have been able to watch some of the most beautiful clothes being hand made & several customers coming in for their services to fit/fit garments. This is an excellent dry cleaner, and Amy and her team do fantastic tailoring as well. Further, I had a jacket dry-cleaned here and a few of the buttons were inadvertently damaged. Towne Square contacted the company that made the jacket, and even though it was several seasons old, they managed to source more of the original buttons and replaced them all so the whole thing looks like new. I really appreciate when businesses take that kind of responsibility. We'll continue to come back!Service: Alterations

I went into the store and asked the owner if they cleaned shearling coats.She said to me what is that!! Remember this store is suppose to be a high end dry cleaner. I proceeded to explain it and she said we would try? The cost is very expensive so I decided not to take a chance.
