“Some good finds but it was very sparse. They had furniture, clothes, a few books, games, housewares, accessories, and shoes. There wasn’t a huge selection especially for men’s clothes. I typically go to Savers in Towson which is much better but wanted to try this. It was fine.”

“There are a cavalcade of items from used furniture to appliances. There are hidden gems and hand-me-downs. While everything is not a winner, in this economy, you'll find a few pieces that might fit your aesthetic.”

“Best place in the area to donate. They actually seem to care about the items and only take what they they think will find a good home. staffed by dedicated people and volunteers.”

“I stumbled into this store today and had such a wonderful experience with the sweet owner. I bought two gorgeous jackets. She has beautiful things - definitely the best consignment shop I have been to! I will definitely be back!”

“This is a nice place to see something antique, unique or something you never knew about. There is one area of improvement, which I hope would not take much effort to address. When you come to the store, the first thing you want to know what is the discount color today. So you take a look at the monitor. It takes a few minutes to show all other information and then it takes about 30 seconds to show the discount color. Who needs 30 seconds to see the color? Why should one wait a few minutes for the color? This is especially painful when a store has only one display, at the front, like it is in Columbia location. What would be the best mode is you show other information for, say, 15 seconds, then you show the color for 3 seconds, then you show the next piece of other information for 15 seconds and then the color for 3 seconds etc.”

“Decent selection, but not a ton of stuff compared to the second ave thrift store nearby. They had a medium amount of clothes, a good amount of furniture, not too many accessories, not too many shoes, and a decent amount of home goods. I would probably return for a quick visit if I was looking for something specific.”

“The store is clean and neat
However this location and other Howard County location could use an improvement in donation hours
They stop taking items at 4pm on Sundays and don't take any donations on Monday and Tuesday. I feel these rules were implemented during Covid and Good Will Industries never got rid of them. Other counties have better donations hours and this location and other County location needs to align with them”

“I was on vacation and decided to do some thrifting here. One of the best decisions I made. I got 2 cute tops one from Charlotte Russe and the other from Target for 5 bucks each. Also found a gorgeous velvet tank for 3 bucks. Better goodwill prices than the Florida Goodwill stores.”
