I would like to recommend the Jennifer DeLaRosa Group for your real estate needs. My wife and I were downsizing from the house in which we lived and raised our children for almost 40 years. Needless to say, the house needed a thorough cleaning out and updating; a job that we felt was beyond us. Our first thought was to sell it 'as is' to an investor, but that only produced lowball bids. Next we talked with a number of real estate agents who recommended we clean up the house first, and then they would be happy to list it for us. So we dithered for weeks and months. Then, having noticed a listing near us for a house that required some work and was under contract 'as is,' we decided to contact that agent who turned out to be Jennifer DeLaRosa. Jennifer came to our house and gave us her plan for selling our house. She has access to contractors who within a week cleaned up our house inside and out, and provided an estimate for buyers to upgrade the house to its full potential. When our house was listed, it was shown to dozens of potential buyers within just a few days, and the house was under contract in less than a week for a price far above the listing price, and even further above what other agents had suggested. After the buyers' contract was finalized, a structural issue developed; but Jennifer had a contractor assess and correct this in less than a week. It took only nine weeks from first visit to settlement for Jennifer to have our house sold. I cannot recommend any real estate agent in Maryland higher than Jennifer DeLaRosa. She brings the knowledge, experience, vision, and tools to sell your house for the best price and see to it that the whole process moves forward to settlement seamlessly. Jennifer and her Team are Maryland's best kept secret! She helped us buy our house in MD in 2019 and sell in 2022. Worth every penny. She and her team make the buying process so easy and what should be a stressful time- ISN'T! The selling process was smooth. She has great communication and actually listens to her clients needs. Prior to putting our home of 16 years on the market, we decided to interview three teams of realtors to see who would be the best fit for our needs. While all three teams were thoroughly knowledgeable and professional, we felt an immediate rapport with Jennifer. Her can-do attitude exuded confidence from day one through closing. Jennifer DeLaRosa and her team helped us to sell my mom's house in MD in 2021. From the beginning, Jennifer was the most, kind, caring realtor we have ever encountered. She knew the sale of my childhood home would be difficult and managed to conclude the sale quickly and professionally while still making us feel that she respected the house and all it meant to our family. They even sent us a photo book of the final staged pictures of the house! She is also very pleasant and fun to work with during the process. Even though we were out of state, Jennifer and her team made everything work seamlessly. She advised us on fixing up expenses, got us a quick contractor quote, pushed us (when we needed it) to ensure the house went on the market over Labor Day weekend, staged it beautifully and advised us on which offers to consider. We had 5 offers on day 1 and 27 showings booked for the first 3 days. The house ultimately sold for $30,000 over list price! She and her team were always quick to respond, even on weekends and resolve any issues immediately. A broken AC part was discovered during the home inspection. Jennifer was able to contact a contractor up there and get it fixed for us within 24 hours. Jennifer's team has been doing this long enough that they have a working list of contractors for fixing up, repairs, housecleaning, settlement processing, staging, etc. that meant we did not have to go find those folks on our own. Based on our experience, we would HIGHLY recommend using the Jennifer DeLaRosa team for your next real estate transaction.
