Last weekend was my sister’s wedding day. The wedding started at 2. I called The Flower Basket at 9 am to order a bouquet for my sister. The Florist was happy to help with my last minute problem! The service was fast and friendly. I was promised a bouquet by 12 noon; however, it was ready before 11! The bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I described! I am so grateful to the Flower Basket. I highly recommend the Flower Basket and I will definitely return for my flower needs in the future. Thank you so much!

I contacted The Flower Basket from out of state to order flowers for a memorial service I was attending in Ellicott City. The customer service was amazing. I was extremely pleased with the flower arrangement. I would definitely recommend The Flower Basket!

Did a great job with my son's boutonnière, but will advise, if you are asking for color over the phone, be specific. We had a lovely non-generic, compact flower piece to pin in place, and it looked great well after prom. Competitive fair pricing. Located almost exactly at the traffic light on the ground floor

No-Hello No- how can I help you, No- I'll be right with you. I observed an employee might have been finishing up with a private group while I walked in...the door location makes anyone walking in clearly visible.... but not even an acknowledgement of my existence as I walk around and look for a few minutes...at the not so fresh but very overpriced arrangements. I saw some possibilities in single stems that had potential to put an arrangement together.... if only someone would have said at the least... I'll be right with you. So I took my ignored self right out the door because it was obvious to me my business wasn't a priority.

The ladies in there are so friendly and helpful. Was going to head to grocery store for some flowers for bridal shower centerpieces but stopped in The Flower Basket and the quality was so good and the staff so nice. They offered guidance on my putting together beautiful little arrangements on my own and they turned out beautifully …just what I was looking for…plus I think it’s important to support local small businesses when you can!

My sister loved her “so fresh and happy” (her words) arrangement! The store rep even called me as I had neglected to sign my name to the card. That is customer care and personalized service! The flowers made my sister’s day even more special!

The Flower Basket provided the centerpieces for my father’s memorial service luncheon and did an incredible job! I wanted the centerpieces to have wildflowers to represent my father’s love of hiking and nature and they were perfect! Very pleasant to work with and made things easy during this difficult time. I ordered flowers from their site on a Sunday to be delivered the following day. The flowers were delivered early in the day and the bouquet looks exactly like on the website!

Just came here the other day after driving by them all the time! All I have to say is WOW. I can’t believe this was my very first time stopping in. The cutest flower shop inside. I wish I had been coming here years before. Not only are they super friendly and accommodating, I’m still blown away by how beautiful their arrangements are. Highly recommend them! And their pricing is fantastic. Will definitely be coming back.
