Amazing service!!! Took my daughter’s bike there to be assembled and it was done in less than an hour! They were very nice and courteous. ): even put my daughter’s bike in my truck for me! Awesome experience ?? I will be back and will recommend them to anyone who needs bike services?

On my way home from work yesterday, about 1/2 a mile from The Cycle Mill, my touring bike had a flat (ginormous piece of glass). I walked the bike in to the shop (the tires on this bike are a beast). Tire changed, quickly and efficiently. Pointed out that my tires showed some evidence of dry rot (prolly 5k miles on them). When he took the bike down off the stand, he had the bike in granny gear and set to climb out of their driveway. I was going to walk it, but he said ‘ride it, you can do it’. So I did, easy peasy up that steep driveway. Not his first rodeo, I suspect. ❤️ a local bike shop. Many thanks.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at the Cycle Mill Bike Shop. I recently bought an electric bike that was in need of some repairs and I brought it in to them on a Friday or Saturday afternoon at 5:30PM, just before they were due to close. They agreed to take a look at it. It turned out that it needed much more work than I had expected. The repairs involved taking the bike to another shop to saw off a broken metal component and reaching out to the manufacturer to obtain replacement electric parts. Nonetheless, they were able to address the mechanical and electrical issues and got the bike in working order for a reasonable price. In all, I feel like I got a new electric bike for less than the retail price, despite the cost of repairs. These guys were great and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a bike expert or anyone with a beloved bike in need of repairs.

I just had my Trek Project One Esmonda tuned up at the Cycle Mill. What a great job. It was like having a new drive train. Thanks to Jeff and his crew.

I just bought my first road/hybrid bike here! Even though I had done a ton of research about what I wanted, it felt like all that I researched went out the window upon arriving, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Because I bought the bike from the shop, I received a complimentary fitting from a physical therapist, Ellen, who works out of the shop. Everything from the purchase to driving away was fun, informative, and the staff really make you feel like you're part of the catonsville biking family. I would 100% recommend the cycle mill to anyone looking for a bike or gear.

It’s amazing, I know about this shop online and it’s reasonable price and of course right on site fixing my bike . Mr Jeff made my day with fixing my broken bike which hit a tree .

Riding the Hills of E.C. this summer close to their shop had a mechanical failure and rode my bike in to their location- they dropped what they were doing to fix my bike and got me riding immediately! These guy's ride bikes, and "know" bikes, very impressed w/ their "knowledge", I think it's "Keith" who worked on my bike. His "deep" knowledge of bike mechanics, and "maintenance" is a community asset! Level of customer service is excellent as well. Go buy something as this shop, so they never leave
