The only rights that employees have is the right to work at the Arc. Other than that you have no rights at all if you are an employee. This place is all about politics and sucking up. Every lower level employee is replaceable and just a warm body. Management is always looking for an excuse to replace you. Lots of back stabbing going on amongst employees. Your always walking on eggshells.

I have to believe all the previous reviews were submitted by ARC employees. After 9 years of having a loved-one under the care of the ARC of Howard County, I still have mixed feelings about the care the family member is receiving.
