Horrible Customer service. Percivia Hudson should not work in customer service. Will not be back and will definitely spread the word to all my friends and family to never visit. Disaster.

I have to believe all the previous reviews were submitted by ARC employees. After 9 years of having a loved-one under the care of the ARC of Howard County, I still have mixed feelings about the care the family member is receiving.

Good place for people with developmental disabilities to be themselves and helps with integrating them in to the society.
