I had a "pleasure" talking to this young but very rude "manager" who refused to serve us because apparently two people in the store is not enough to serve a customer. I hope a higher management address this instance. I like this location otherwise.

I had 2 separate orders. I had forgotten to order one for the drive through pick up. When I got to the window, the barista said it was no big deal, and she gave me the walk-in drink through the drive thru window. I had done this at a different location, and they acted like they had been extremely inconvenienced. She was so friendly and happy.

Came in at night to grab grab myself a quick starbucks pickme up. When i had walked up to the counter, i was greeted with a non caring and kind of grumpy attitude. i thought it might have been due to them having an off day so i shrugged it off. When I was getting ready to pay, i wanted to pay with cash, but was told no, and they stopped accepting cash and only would accept cards. What place doesn't accept cash? I would understand if it were a small mom &pop who couldn't handle large amounts of cash like starbucks does, or if it were early in the morning before management came in to put cash in the drawers; but really, at night? Luckily i still had my cards on me, but i still would have perferred to pay cash on such a small transaction. C'mon starbucks, do better!!!

Got my cheese danish covered in chocolate, to which I have allergies to and presume it came off the dirty tongs they used. Asked if they could remake it and was given attitude even though they are using dirty utensils and cross contaminating food.

Asked for chocolate on mocha Frappuccino and did not receive. Was told that it is not available except for mocha cookie drink. I asked since when and was told forever. I have always gotten served that way at every Starbucks I have been to. They refused to add chocolate. Customer service = 1 star

I ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino which was watered-down with way too much ice and couldn't even taste the caramel! What a waste of money!

Ordered three bacon sausage egg wrap and all three were not cooked enough. The ends where warm at best and the middle was cold and soggy, almost still frozen. I understand trying to get orders out in a timely matter but at least make sure its cooked thoroughly.

Great food, and services but the facilities are absolutely gross. The bathrooms are always dirty the dinning room tables are always sticky. Worst of all if you look up at the ceiling you'll see old very old caked on dust throughout the ENTIRE cieling. This place should close for a day or two and just focus on a deep cleaning. Starting with the million old dust on the cieling, air ducts definitely need to be cleaned

Usually great service. More often, lately, they have been out of stock on breakfast or lunch items or certain standard coffee flavors (mocha, for instance). I blame that on corporate people, not the baristas or staff in the coffee shop.Parking: It can be difficult to get a space during busy times. They share the lot with a mobile phone company and a large real estate conglomerate.

Was here earlier getting a coffee with my kids. Audrey was extremely rude with me when i asked her for extra ice in my venticup. and when I asked to speak to the manager Noah. He said he would talk to her and that is it. He seemed to be siding with her. I'm an avid starbucks drinker and this service was not okay.The employees here seem to need some customer service training. I would not recommend this starbucks. There's plenty more coffee shops with excellent service.

I went to this location for the past couple years. This location used to be good. But lately some of the stuffs have an attitude. Mostly the male employees are the one who are rude.

Almost 15 minutes inside waiting for a regular latte. The wait time wasn’t the issue, but they managed to make my drink wrong and then had an attitude when they asked if I wanted my drink remade. The gentleman behind me also had a drink made in the wrong size and they also seemed to have an attitude when correcting his order.
