Was a good place, but closed without warning. Maybe it will open again, but the web site still indicates it’s open, so there’s no date for that. This was not a single visit, but multiple times over the past few weeks. It's closed and under construction.

paid $40.00 at $3.48. pump restarted and I was then supposed t pay $3.69. Dude called the cops on me. being a black man must have something to do with it. he was in fear of me? Lol. gotta go and talk to Howard County Police. check back after...

The guys are awesome here. All of them. I lost a bag with 8000$ in cash and valuables here. They kept it for me. Not a penny missing.I buy my gas here as much as possible. They are honest and kind.

I come here before I go to work and this gas station is always closed and locked. I always end up having to drive to another gas station. For this place to say open 24 hours I think that's a total lie. You'll are losing customers because of this. At least place a sign on the door or something if you plan to close it for 2 hours and reopen.

Three times now I have tried to use my Giant bonus card at the pump to get my discount. Each time it failed and gave a "See cashier" message. Last two times I was in a hurry but this time I went inside. I told the clerk what happened, he said he's heard the complaint before. Both my bonus card and credit card worked fine inside, so nothing wrong with them. To recap, there has been an ongoing problem, the station knows about it, yet the problem persists. Conclusion: A) it's intentional, probably as a scam to get you to come inside and spend more money, and B) I'll never go back.

A gas station is a gas station right? If the gas pumps and the payment isn't a hassle they've basically done their job. This station has always done this fine, every one of the probably hundreds of times I've been there over the years. Something else that these guys have also done is gone out of their way to try to save me money when buying a quick bite inside where they have an assortment of hot sandwiches, fountain sodas, coffee, and two walls of drink filled fridges. I've been going through with just a few cents less than I needed and they've just given it to me or Ive not known I could save due to some deal or another and they've taken the time to stop me at the register to make sure I realized what I had missed. Of course, this is all stuff you would think they would want to do anyway, but most places don't. As mentioned by others, the restrooms are also usually clean. If they are not and you tell them, someone either starts cleaning it up or posts an out of order sign if they don't have the immediate staff. It's also in a great location and has 3 entrance/exit points with wide filling lanes.

I like Shell very much even, if I do not have reward points. The car wash is good and one day the manager was out on the car wash line and was ensuring the smooth operation. The premise is always maintained inside and outside.

I used this place to wash my car. I bought premium package and when washing cycle end the system says forward to dry vehicle. But I even didn't get to the dryer, it was stopped. I think it was working about 2-5 seconds. I went to the store and ask about another step to dry my vehicle. The representative said that he can't do anything eccept to make another whole washing cycle BUT I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!!! It's totally unacceptable, I already paid for service what I didn't receive! Worst customer service ever ??

I went to buy two bottled water this morning. There was a price listed as $2.09 for Smart water but I got charged $2.29 without any notifying. I showed the employee the price listed in the refrigerator and asked to charge the one listed. The lady said “That is the wrong price (listing)” “If you dont want , I can give you money back” “it is only 20 cents different” All I wanted from her was apologizy for the mistake and correct the price. I specifically went to buy water and didn’t want to get my money back ??♀️ She blamed that it was system problem that the price went up over night. However, I thought I have a right to get items with the listed price although employees did not get a chance to change price. There were couple people working together at that time and it was not too early anyway (around 10AM). She also said “they can’t check every price whether those are changed or not” If you work for the company, you are responsible for those updates and give correct price to the customers! Like she said, it was only few cents. It was nothing. However, it is all about being honest to the customers. It was definitely cheating on people by charging little bit more on the items without notifying. Additionally, the attitudes that few cents are ok to be overcharges. The lady also mentioned why I didnt say anything before I made a payment. I did not expect to be charged more and not pay attention? How many people look at the register when they buy small things at the gas station convenience store..?!I WOULD WARN EVERYONE TO PAY ATTENTION WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU IF YOU PLAN TO GO THAT STORE. List price is not the one that you will get charged! I wont ever go to the gas station as well as the store.
