“I was referred to Self Storage One in Ellicott City when I recently moved and downsized. My first interaction with them was by phone and I spoke with Gwen. A wonderful young lady that answered my questions and made me feel comfortable that my items would be safe at their facility.When I came in to fill out the paperwork she was the same in person as she was on the phone....FABULOUS!!!She is very pleasant and knowledgeable.Whenever I call the office, she is still her FABULOUS self!I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat!!!!”

“Been renting here for close to 10 years, sad Brandon left but happy atleast Mikes still there. Property cleanliness and customer service service has always been consistent with those 2. Would recommend, especially the climate controlled units, EZ pay, and insurance just in case. But whatever you get, it's still better than a lot of other places. Also most of the bad reviews on here are from or for Extra Spaces competitors, I only know because there's a small community of us here daily and they don't rent here. 2024 update the gate was broke for a few weeks, not the companies fault, but I wish the company they use for the gate would have fixed it sooner.”

“Moved from MD to NYC. Did some market research and ORLY provided the best price. Liz was incredibly communicative and offered flexible storage and delivery options for my small move. She was also responsive over phone, text, or email. The movers that came on site were very professional. With the logistical challenge this is moving to NYC, Orly was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend them to those looking for moving/storage services on the East Coast!”

“10/10 would recommend. We did a video walkthrough and were quoted 10 hours, 4 people, 2 trucks. They were spot on. I tried to have the place packed as much as possible but a family emergency prevented me from having the garage packed up. Didn’t matter. They came in, took a look around and got to work. The guys they sent were the most professional, kind, caring, movers I’ve ever had. I don’t know if our previous movers were THAT BAD or Moyer was just THAT GOOD.
They weren’t the cheapest quote but they were worth every single penny. They didn’t nickel and dime us at the end. The quote was spot on. They gave us free boxes including wardrobe boxes! They even unpacked the wardrobes!
I can’t say enough good things about Moyer. If you’re on the fence, just do it.”
