“I rented from this place a couple years ago and yes I’m back , only because I’ve rented from other storage places before but this one , I would recommend this storage facility for a number of reasons but just to keep it short, the staff here are very friendly and professional and the place itself is always clean, if a problem ever arises, they will definitely take care of you!”

I have used them 3 times. I've always had a good experience. The previous company I used had a bad smell throughout the building. However extra space was clean and I never experienced odors . Im happy with the service I received. The staff is professional and helpful. I like being able to reach someone directly in the office as well .”

“Mr. Chiah Evans @ the Druid Park Dr. location in Baltimore was wonderful. He is very professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable about his job. At the end of August 2024, I was cleaning out my dad's unit, along with the other renters cleaning out theirs. It was very chaotic but Mr. Evans maintained his professionalism while helping me out with any questions or concerns I may have had as if we were the only one's there. Mr. Evans continued to provide the next customer with the same service he'd given to me. The staff also does their best to keep this facility clean.”
“New facility, fresh management. Setup was ready and painless thanks to the pleasant and friendly manager Loretta! She listened to my needs and my budget conscious requirements. Since this is a new facility, move-in specials are available. She gave me a tour on myprior visit, then a second tour to see the units and location before I decided to lease. Convenient access. Freeway exit and on ramp just a stones throw away. Spacious remodeled interior building. It's has the feel of the old mall.”
