The drive through is awful: they leave you waiting forever and then get rude when you ask a question. The video monitors and intercom system for the drive through don’t work. They are always understaffed and unprofessional. Definitely stay away. Store is dirty. There are much better choices in the area.
July 2024 update: this dumpster fire pharmacy has gotten even worse. Didn’t know that was possible. Seriously don’t go here

Rude pharmacy staff that seemed bothered to answer any question at all. Don’t try to give them an updated insurance card - you’ll be there at least half an hour.

Worst PHARMACY to exist on earth. Every single time i come up here they have some sort of excuse or reason to why my medications arent filled or ready. The pharmacy needs help immediately!!!! Fire everyone and get a new team

Whenever my medicine is refilled, it takes up to two days for me to receive it. They always say it's over and they have to order it and I have to be without medicine for two days.
And what is worse is that they say they have received the medicines but they have no one to open the boxes. It means that a patient has to wait until 4 o'clock for someone to come and open the boxes. Today, which is the third day, I have to wait until 4 o'clock. It is a medicine for anxiety and thyroid , I should take them in the morning, not at night.

Came in for a flu shot. Went to the pharmacy desk and was greeted by a nice young lady. When it came time to go into the room for the shot, the pharmacist apologized for the wait time (which was not a problem to me at all!) She was kind and fast. In and out in about 8 minutes!

I would not recommend this pharmacy to some people. My husband and daughter had difficulty getting my medication prescribed on October 4, 2023—the prescribed inhaler with steroids needed prior authorization from my doctor. Because I needed the inhaler immediately due to bronchospasms resulting from asthma and COVID-19, my husband offered to pay the total amount for the meds on Friday, October 6, 2023. There were still lies and deception from some of the staff, saying the meds were not at the pharmacy. The medication was there because the clerk said it was. However, after deliberating with the pharmacist on duty on the said date, the clerk said the meds were unavailable, preventing my husband from purchasing the meds. When I called the clerk on Saturday, the pharmacy clerk said the meds were not in and would be delayed due to the Columbus holiday. However, I got an email on October 10, 2023 (Columbus Day), saying my prescription was in. My husband and I immediately went to the pharmacy. At that time, we were told by the male clerk that the meds had been there since Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Again, we were met with lies from the clerk as he tried to retract his story by apparently covering others’ lies and deception. Please do not use this pharmacy for prescriptions unless you want to become frustrated and remain symptomatic.

They recently got rid of some pharmacy techs and changed the pharmacist and it’s made a big difference. They’re happy and friendly and don’t insult the customers like before.
