In the end we weren't able to reach a deal with the sellers and ended up deciding to look for a home in a different area. However we found Kim to be exceptionally helpful throughout the process. She was always on top of everything, super friendly and gave consistently excellent advice. If you are looking for an agent to help you buy a home, you could not do better.

It had been 20+ years since we bought our last house, so to say we needed a little help and guidance to buy this new one was an understatement. Kim walked us through each step, starting with a thorough breakdown of what she thought we could get for our existing house (including costs for the sale), and a detailed discussion of what we wanted in our next house. With the market being so fast right now, she was able to quickly arrange viewings and made herself available to walk through the houses whenever we needed her. Her expertise truly came in handy when it came time to put in our offer, as she realistically assessed the houses values and how many people we were likely to be competing with for them. Now that we're in the new house, we don't plan to move again any time soon - but if we did, we'd hire Kim again in a heartbeat.

Kim is the absolute most amazing human being to work with!! My husband and I were looking for our first home and she made the process so sooo easy (even in this crazy market!!!). She helped us from beginning till the end. She is super knowledgeable and has years of real estate experience. I was always able to reach out to her with questions and asking for recommendations and she has always been there for us! I personally am an inquisitive person and she was super patient and explained everything. She understood our specific needs and wants and delivered on point!!! If I had to buy another house - Kim is my person!! We love love love Kim!!! She is the best!

Kim was not the only real estate agent we interviewed, but she made the most compelling case for hiring her. Our confidence in her was borne out as she kept us informed during every step of our journey, letting us know what was happening in the market, suggesting when to make adjustments in our asking price, bringing in potential contracts, and guiding us through the final steps of closing.Throughout the process she made it clear that she was on our side, and was our representative. Although our condo apartment was empty during showings, Kim made it feel much more homey by placing small decorations in critical locations.In the end she brought us a contract that turned out to be about as good as we could have hoped for. The sale went smoothly; everyone seemed to be satisfied with the process.We do not have any plans to move from our current location, but if we should do so we would not hesitate to have Kim represent us once again.

I was selling a family house alone and Kim saved me and my sanity. Her honest advise paired with her years of experience, which not only informed her about the market, but helped connect me to qualified, reliable pros, often in seat-of-my-pants-last minute situations because another had canceled. She kicked butt on my house sale and did even better on helping me locate a new one in a cut throat market. And for every snag and snaffu I encountered with the weirdest loan closing, she stayed upbeat and problem solved on the spot. I cannot recommend her enough.
