Had a great experience buying a bicycle from Trek in Ellicott City.Dan and another great gentleman let me test ride almost any bicycle I was possibly thinking of.Very non pressured and informative sale.Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a bicycle.

really nice big store. Friendly knowledgeable staff. One of the dudes was very helpful about some questions regarding tire change that I had for him. even while he was already busy working on someone's bike. A+!

So much to like. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Trek has a "growth spurts happen" policy where you can apply 50% of your first bike's purchase value to trade up when your kiddo outgrows the bike. Maintenance team is great.One thing...go in when you have time to spare.

This store is great. I’ve shopped there a few times for accessories and bike servicing. I’m acknowledged when I walk in and the staff asks what I came in for. The staff is knowledgeable and service is completed in a timely manner.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and communication is also very good, with updates on parts back-orders and repair and maintenance status. There are several bicycle shops in my area, and this is my go-to shop.

The staff is wonderful! Both Trevor and Jamie spent all their time to make sure we got exactly what we needed and then went through all function of the bikes answer all of our questions. They even gave us some voucher for some riding trips as a family. ;) TREK Ellicott City is GREAT! The E Family

Super friendly enough, but i will never bring my bike here again. I brought my E-bike to this store after calling that they do work on Ebikes, and they are Shimano certified. I had to take my bike to a certified shop to have my motor swapped for warranty repair. They require you to pay for a motor software update before working on it. This isn't covered under warranty and is not required (already had latest software anyways).Well first time I come to pick up the bike I found that the issue got worse after they (I found the problem) but also due to putting in a euro spec motor, the speed limiter and the wheel size was programed wrong. Told thwm the issue and left it for another week to be sorted. Well, the 2nd time i went to pick up the bike, i found none of it was corrected. So, I took it home and did everything myself, including the reprogramming.So many hours and $$$ wasted.I gave them 2 star because at least the store has a nice selection of bikes and parts instock, and most of the staff is friendly.

My wife and I shopped there today. Adam and Trevor were terrific in helping us make our selections. Both were professional, responsive and knowledge, helping us get items that met our needs. Store also has face masks available for free as you enter the store. Good place to which we will return.

I stoped by to the store to looking around, I was asked what I was looking for, I answered I was just looking around. I asked some questions and they gave me attention as I was buying 100 bicycles. I didn’t buy any. Certainly when I decide to buy my bicycle, no doubts where I have to go.

I have dealt with several people at race pace and now trek. All were great. They provided me with useful info and answered all my questions. I did not catch everyone's names. All worked in the repair area. I like to do mechanical work myself but when I can't I only will go to your shop. As for bikes I bought 2 mountain bikes (while it was Race Pace) and bought parts and got work done there also.
