Ms Cindy does my nails and she's SUPER-Fantastic I usually get an Acrylic fill, paraffin wax pedicure and eye brow wax/clean-up. Great service. Clean & relaxing environment with snacks Highly recommended!

I have been coming to pro nails for over 15 years! I have had almost all of the nail techs and they are all wonderful, I have had no issues! I have been a regular with Amy for about 5 years and absolutely love her pedicures and dip nails! She is so sweet and caring! Anne also does wonderful designs! They have a HUGE selection of colors and add more occasionally! They recently renovated and it’s a whole new look! Very modern and clean! the pedicure seat is so luxurious!
Stylist: Amy is amazing I have issues with my toenails growing in weird and amy always fixes it! She is very detail oriented and sweet! Anne does great with designs and small detail work! I recommend them both highly!

I was a walk in but got addressed to very quickly! I enjoyed the very calm and quick process of getting my nails done. The staff was very welcoming, kind, and quick!
Not only was the staff welcoming, but so was the business. The place was very clean, the music wasn’t too loud, etc!
Requested style: I requested chrome stars on short nails and Anne executed the photo i referenced perfectly! It was quick and clean! She asked after every step if I liked them and the price was reasonable!
Cleanliness: Very clean and recently renovated!

Amy is the best nail person at Pro Nail in Ellicott City, MD. Her personality and care gives her the advantage. The shop is very clean and has prestige. Top notch care and atmosphere.

The inside of the salon just got an upgrade, it is beautiful inside. I dropped my kids off to school and figured since I have 3-4 hours for myself why not treat myself for a dip manicure since it's been awhile. I do my own nails at home to save money so this was a treat for myself. I walked in feeling great but quickly got really annoyed and wanted to walk out not even 15 minutes in. She didn't ask me to wash my hands prior to starting the service and didn't wash hers or wear gloves. she barely dipped my nails in the powder and I could literally see my nail bed and she was saying she was done with dipping, I told her I need them dipped again and she gave me the worst attitude. she got to the end and was finishing up, they are lumpy and not even and said she would charge me $10 to clean my cuticles up. I was livid. She tried to give me a warm towel and I said no I'm done I gave her my card and left. Do not come here. Do not come here. I would give -10 starts if I could but 1 is the minimum sadly.

Only professional in the entire salon is the older gentleman. The females are petty, unprofessional and rude. Won't be going back there.At my last visit they charged me for a service they didn't provide (gel pedicure) me with and I called them out on it and requested my money and they didn't like that. Instead of being apologetic they were standoffish and tried to ignore the facts. English isn't their first language, but they hate being corrected and act as if they understand everything being said, but it's clear they do not. And that wouldn't be a big deal except they make it a big deal. Instead of arguing with customers and speaking in their native language when they're being rude and unprofessional, they should invest in taking customer satisfaction courses/lessons.I tried to give them another chance, but the petty females brought up that last visit as if they weren't wrong. And it was irrelevant to mention. I'm over them. They're way too many nail shops around (on every corner) for them to act as if they're the only place in town.I felt worse leaving than when I got there and that's the opposite of how anyone should feel after paying for services.

Gave a poor Gel x manicure that I paid $100 for. Returned 3 days later bcus my nails were lifting. and the girl gave me attitude telling me I hit something like I don't know my own nails lol avoid this place by any means !!
