“Amazon returns ? are now directly at the entrance to the left. Not at printing. You will need to wait in a line while the cashier helps the staples customers first. The staples employees aren’t allowed to take an Amazon customer if there are staples customers in line, and there’s only one cashier. Prepare to wait if there’s a line. The guy working was nice and apologized for the wait, it’s just weird that there are multiple employees working at once untasked and only one cashier for both cashier and Amazon returns.”
“Visited this UPS store this morning and met a kind angel, Amanda. The gentle spirit helped me understand the system so I could make the best choice. Her beautiful smile was encouraging me to take my time. She helped me put my card in the right slot LOL! And made me feel confident my package would be taken care of. Great place to do business.”
