We were greeted with smiles and all the staff were astonishingly, friendly, polite, and helpful from start to finish as soon as I walked into the door.
The person who administered Prince Ezekiel’s shots explained to me what the shots were for and why he needed them and even provided a list of places I could go to have my dog Ezekiel neutered.

My husband and I visited today, and right away we noticed how clean and organized everything was. The staff greeted us warmly, and we could tell it’s a popular location among pet owners based on how many were coming and going.
We came in to pick up Dubia roaches for our leopard gecko, but an associate taking inventory took the time to help us out. She was incredibly knowledgeable and let us know that our juvenile gecko might not do well with the hard shells of the roaches. She suggested sticking with crickets and mealworms instead—and even helped us bag the crickets! Her friendliness and expertise really stood out and definitely secured this PetSmart as our go-to location moving forward.
Overall, the store is clean, well-stocked, and full of helpful staff. Highly recommend this location!

I came to the last minute before they were closing and they still allowed me to give my beautiful Laila a bath. Im forever thankful for that because I didn’t have anywhere else to go that came to my mind for self-washing pups. I would definitely come back the next time.

Always very happy with the above and beyond service from the vets, the techs, and the front of the house staff who are friendly and helpful every visit. I almost hate referring people to Countryside because they are frequently busy and it can be a challenge to get appointments - although on several occasions now when one of my dogs has an immediate problem they have accommodated us for same-day visits. We trust them with the lives of our cherished ladies - I'm not sure there can be a higher compliment than that.

While each of the vets we’ve seen at Dunloggin deliver effective, compassionate care - we mainly see Dr. Holland. She’s caring, kind, and deeply experienced. We never feel rushed during visits and Dr. Holland takes time to answer all our questions.
The front desk staff and Vet Techs are also terrific. Clean, well-run clinic.

Ellicott CityWe have used WFAH for 25+ years. When you find an excellent place, you stick with it. We have had several emergencies with our dog and cat in recent years. Dr. Ward is an amazing, caring and compassionate doctor. She goes above and beyond to make sure we know exactly what is going on now and what may happen in the future. She will call after hours to check on our "boys" and us after an emergency. The entire staff takes care of each patient as though they are their own. There is no place else I will ever trust with one of my fur babies!!

Just because you have a not so perfect interaction with one employee the establishment does NOT deserve a 1 start review. That’s not how reviews work. Especially when you too are a small business owner. I’ll head over to review that business owners location next and maybe use the same 1 or 5 stars only philosophy. I've been to Ellicott Distilling twice. Once as a solo date night for myself and recently as a small group with my family. And both times I had an absolute blast. If making your own liquor doesn't draw you in then the taco bar, welcome drink, endless samples of liquor, and an all-around great time will do it. Arkadi, the owner is an amazing host and keeps the class lively.
You kick off the class putting some food from the taco bar on your stomach, which you will definitely need, and make your first cocktail of the day. From there you get going with the distilling process, which is a pretty neat process to learn about. You don't realize how much science goes into making the spirits we all love to consume. And I love the little old timey distilling machines each person uses to make their liquor of choice. Once the liquor starts dripping you head downstairs for a little tour and barrel sampling. And then back upstairs to finish off your custom flavored bottled and some trivia. The trivia is a win, win because even with wrong answers you still win with samples of various flavored liquors.
My family and I were the only ones attending for the day, so it was a very intimate class that we all thoroughly enjoyed. This class is a must try for anyone that loves a good bottle of bourbon/gin/vodka, and you can even say that you made it yourself.

Broth isn’t as rich and creamy compared to other places but it was still pretty good. Many pieces of brisket. I did add quite a bit of salt. My daughter really wanted their bimbimguksu, but they don’t have it anymore. She got their bimbimnaengmyun and liked it. The steamed egg with cheese was good and unique.
Come early to avoid the wait time!

The waiter we encountered was a wonderful young man who was patient with my Mama D telling him she wants him to bring her 2 25 year old men. ? Come to think of it he did point out one. The customers were nice and chit chatting with us. Food was good I got the Octoberfest special on the final night and it was simple but enough for 2 meals. I like the place. And looks like they are doing some sort of Thanksgiving meal.

The short ribs fell apart. Would have liked some salt and pepper on the table because those mashed potatoes were great, but just a pinch of salt would be better. The seafood pasta was plentiful and aromatic, you could see the seafood across the room, LOL. The libations were well crafted and I slept goodt! OMG, the bread pudding and key lime pie are worth a dessert and nightcap date. 2 things, offer bread and butter to your guests, and let's get those Brussels sprouts a little softer, delicious, spicy but extra crunchy. LISTEN, I highly recommend Mad Chef Kitchen - you will be satisfied and happy when you leave. I'm going to enjoy my leftovers because it is a hearty heaping plate of good eatin'.
