Stan Bailey was the first dealer to reach out after many contacted. His care and attention to our needs was wonderful especially as we had some challenges our end. Right off the bat noted we do not do market markups or other gimmiclks. We asked for door guards and he got them installed even though they had to be ordered (with touch up paint) in short order. My wife and I remarked how easy the sales was once the car arrived, so different from our last three cars - efficient and the paperwork was done exactly as agreed to no harsh hard sales for after market 'extras'. Thanks for a wonderful CRV Hybrid Sport.

I called 3 weeks ahead of time to schedule an appt, but when I arrived none was set. Then, I asked them to take a look at my back tire to see if there was a nail or something stuck in it because there had been a slow leak after I had filled it twice. After the "service," they assured me that they put air in the tire and found no leak or anything in the tire. I drove it to the side of their lot and the air pressure was low once again and I found a nail in it with my plain eye. Had to go elsewhere to get it plugged. ZERO attention to detail here. With the exception of the one attendant who first checked me in, nobody there is helpful. They just want to rush you in and out. It's just a Niners and volume game to them. NO professionalism or customer service.

I have went to the repair shop for a full tune up and got my car back. I have read online that online it takes 10 to 20 cycles for the sparks plug to reset. After 3 days i finnally looked under the hood and the 02 sensor was not connect. I was think if they missed that what else the shop could have missed.

I have been going to this place for services for 10 years but I have to say the management have gone rogue! The quality of services have gone down so they have started to use all kinds of tricks to steal your money! One example is that a simple oil change came down to 340$ bill because they provided tire rotation (covered by costco) and air filter ( just replaced myself) without asking!

I showed up without an appointment today due to my tire consistently going flat. I was in and out within an hour with a brand new tire. Five star service.

Just purchased my first vehicle from O'Donnell Honda and it could not have been a smoother process. Stan Bailey was friendly, informative, and most importantly-respectful of my time. He did a bulk of the work prior to me coming in so that my time in the dealership was minimal.I reached out to him the very next day with questions regarding the operation of my new Honda and he quickly returned my call and answered my questions without making me feel like a inconvenience or that I was an idiot. Rajeev in the financing department was equally as helpful and friendly.Long story short...in this current market (which doesn't favor the buyer) Odonnell Honda definitely stood apart from the many others that I contacted recently. I encourage anyone in the market to give Stan a call!

There was multiple light on my dashboard, It was diagnosed that it had major engine problems. Manny my service manager was such a great man and did really help. I told him there's an extended warranty on the car, I gave him the warranty and my car was fixed that I only paid $10.38. Thank you O'Donnell Honda for coming through for me.

When for an oil change and to get a vehicle check up. The staff was friendly I was there maybe an hour with waiting time. Just bring a light jacket it’s freezing inside of the building

I bought new Honda odyssey Elite last year. Earlier this year noticed that touch screen started flickering randomly. I took couple of videos and shared with service advisor and service manager. Based on suggestion from service advisor, I dropped off my car two times one week apart to fix the screen flickering issue. It was under Warrenty so expecting possible replacements if Honda couldn’t fix the screen issue. So, service manager first agreed and kept my car for two days and they didn’t do anything and asked me to go back to the dealer where I have bought the Honda. It’s no brainer why would I go back? it’s Honda product and Honda Warrenty should be across USA. But still they didn’t fixed my car.So I opened a case against HONDA, and finally fixed my new car at Owings Mills Honda without any questions asked they diagnosed the problem and replaced the touch screen unit under warranty and gave my car back same day. O’Donnell Honda service should learn how to handle customers. I would certainly not recommend this place. Not for even oil change. I wasted two weeks and had horrible experience.

I enjoy coming to this location for many reason including the price, convenience , comfortability etc. the techs and senior service workers are excellent -I will continue coming back for them and because my car runs beautifully! Thanks Steve and Manny for your excellent customer care. However the check-out cashier is less than stellar and I would recommend they refresh her people skills training. She's abrasive and rude, I didn't like my experience with her. Have a nice day,

Slow cold service for the most reasonable top dollar. Car has been given back with low tire pressure, one time with tools left inside, another time leaking transmission fluid because they knocked the axel, and the time after that with a bad connection to the transmission after fixing the leak.I've never had a good experience in the last 5 years which is sad because I grew up with a civic from there and they used to be good: time has not been good to this dealership

I have been regularly giving my Honda crv(2019) at O’Donnell Honda Ellicott City , Maryland service center. Because of technician’s blunder rear differential has got broken while driving to Connecticut from Maryland. Had tow my car to another service center Honda of Watertown and he confirmed the problem was due to improper service done at O’Donnell Honda Ellicott City on 04/20/2022 with 18,324 miles service. We were four people traveling in car and lives were at stake because of the blunder done at O’Donnell Ellicott City MD service center I would like to take legal action on O'Donnel Honda Ellicott City to repay the service costs and the trauma caused out of this. I never gave my Honda CRV outside any service, all the time I gave service to my Honda crv to O’dpnnel Honda Ellicott city. What is the point of giving vehicles to Honda authorized service centers? Spent 3K on a 3-year-old car is not at all fair. I would never recommend O’Donnell Honda Ellicott City, Maryland for any service or new vehicle purchases.

We've taken our cars here for several decades, so you can guess that we are relatively satisfied...but you have to stay vigilant about pricing and upselling. My wife brought her vehicle in and asked for exactly what the maintenance minder on the car was asking for: an oil change, a tire rotation, and routine transmission service. The guy responded that, yes, she needed the 50K service (or whatever) and said that it would be $550. I later intervened and saw that they were planning to include services not called for at that time. I asked for a la carte pricing on just the three services needed, and the cost fell to less than $200.The employees are friendly and the waiting area is comfortable with complimentary coffee and sometimes complimentary food.I'm assuming they do good work, but I would mark your tires. Three times over these 20 years, they forgot to rotate my tires (but remembered to charge for them).It is frustrating that you cannot schedule minor services, like oil changes, transmission service, batteries, etc. They call this "express" service and you just bring your vehicle in. When I've done this in the past, I've been quoted waits as long as 4-5 hours. On our last visit, we arrived before they opened but still had to wait over two hours (past official opening).

Meaning the fluid had been slowly leaking out causing the differential to grende from the inside. We would recommend the customer to go to the O'Donnel Honda and see if they can help him. Tried to make an appointment for some routine service, they refused and told me to just bring it in since it’s routine service. I show up the next day and they say 2 and a half hours. Not an ideal wait but understandable. However over 3 hours passed and they hadn’t even started working on my car. The wait wouldn’t bothers me even more when they wouldn’t let me make an appointment to avoid this kind of thing. For a place that loves bragging about their award winning service, I was disappointed to find out that it was all talk with no results. Ill be sure to never go to an O’Donnell Honda ever again.
