We have used Neubauer's for years to help us with auto repairs, from very basic to somewhat complex issues. From day 1, they have always been accommodating, communicative, and straightforward about every repair / maintenance they do. Sarah, Chelsea, and Matt are always kind, helpful, and accessible should I ever have any questions. I would highly recommend Neubauer's Auto Repair if ever you need your car / van serviced. We have gone to them for years and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend you so the same.

Excellent team, including the frontdesk staff! Was in the dealship where they gave me an expensive repair estimate which is totally unnecessary. At Neubauer, they provide car maintenance and repair work that offers honest service. Highly recomeneded to service the cars here!

Neubauer’s has been my family’s trusted Auto Repair Shop for years. My father was an auto mechanic and taught me well how to know which ones to trust. Neubauer’s has faced several bizarre problems with our cars and has never taken advantage of the situation. I recommend them as the most reliable Auto Mechanics within the area.

Called early this week to get new brakes and woman said just bring it in on Friday. This morning I called before going to the shop and they asked if I had an appt. ????? Made it sound like it was my problem. Will find another auto repair company.

We had to evacuate our apartment due to a fire in our neighbors apartment and we sat in the car with our cats to make sure to keep them as calm as possible. However, one of our cats crawled under the steering wheel compartment and got stuck.
After calling the non emergency police, animal control and countless mechanic shops and no one willing to help or saying they couldn’t help, we called Neubauer. Matt answered the phone and was friendly and helpful. My partner informed them worriedly and in frustration that our cat was stuck in the steering wheel compartment and we had taken as much of the part out but couldn’t get to her. That we had made multiple calls for help to no avail. We had tried treats, toys, trying to pull her out, and leaving her alone for a bit. We didn’t know what else to take off to be able to get her out. Everyone we talked to just told us to leave her there and eventually she would get out on her own. Our cat had been stuck for about 3 hours at that point. We saw her wanting to get out but didn’t know how. Matt let us know they were not sure if they could get her out but they would try if we could get to them. When we got there, everyone took our concern seriously and started to take the rest of the dash off as much as they could. Eventually they were able to get her out. It was such a relief after such a stressful morning. They did not charger us a penny for the work. They have certainly earned a lifetime customer and I will send anyone I know for their car needs to them. Thank you all once again!!

First time customer. Came to replace two front tires. They ordered tires that were delivered the next day. I came on time for my appointment. It was done in less than an hour. No hidden fees. Smooth and quick. Now new tires for this winter!

A great experience! I needed something done to pass MD state inspection and Sarah was super helpful on the phone right away. Weirdly, because of the time I had considering work schedules, I was able to drop off my car and pick up my car--all done over the phone. They did an awesome job on my car and did NOT overcharge, which is truly beneficial for what I needed. Many times I get taken advantage of being a woman at auto repair shops. Not this one. Everything was done digitally and easily. Highly recommend! Since I'm new to town, I'll definitely become a loyal customer now.

Fantastic experience first time here for a vehicle inspection. Their first time with a Rivian and they went above and beyond to support me. Pleasant, professional, had to contact Rivian for over an hour to get the technical specs for brakes. Will be back as this level of service is near impossible to find these days.
