Feel terrible that i missed the gentleman's name who helped me late this Sunday (8.27.23) morning with brake pads, brushes, and synthetic grease, but he was an absolute diamond. He made the experience so easy, especially since i'm no expert mechanic. Thank you so much!

I was actually like 2 mins past closing on a friday due to traffic and this was the only place within reason for a part and David stayed and helped me out of a big pickle so thanks and if ever I'm in area again I will be sure and spend my money here before anywhere else. Thanks David appreciate it.

Go to the parts tech working on the end counter. He is very knowledgeable.NAPA has parts, fluids and tools for anything you are working on at a reasonable price.

Exceptional customer service, helpful installation insights, pleasant and professional are all phrases that describe my experiences this weekend (6/11-6/12/22) with Tony S. and the NAPA store located at 9396 Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City , Maryland. I presented Tony with some tricky needs and his experience and patience with me were very appreciated. ...and YES, I will be recommending this store to others and will make that store my first stop for auto parts.
