Made an appointment and said it would take 2hours to look at my tires . Said come back make appointment for 730 am. Asked what's point in making a appointment .he said that appointment are only made so that you have place in line to be seen. Very unprofessional and this is after I spend 50,000 for car.

I enjoyed being able to relax and wait in the waiting area for my vehicle. I did learn I have to come a bit earlier for first come first serve. I appreciated an associate asking if we wanted water or coffee.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received at Miller Brothers. Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with any and all questions we asked. The finance assistant was a very pleasant and pleasant person. She was patient with me. I can be very misunderstanding at times, but she didn't lose her cool. I've been trying to schedule an oil change for 2 weeks now. Every time I call, I get disconnected. I tried the online chat, they keep telling me someone will call me. I never hear from anyone. Ridiculous.
